You could, just turn the glider around. I have flown backwards with a hangglider and also with a Parachute (BCRW Backwards Canopy Relative Work) :) Take off could be complicated...
The hanggliding trike is more efficient, but the paramotor trike is slower and therefore lower wind resistance, so I got also a reasonable flight time out of the paratrike.
@@tomfrey1258 Thanks becouse I'm thinking building a eletric aircraft, i have a system that make 17hp continuous power, and like 25hp peak power. What you think fly better? Hang gliding trike or Paramotor trike.
@@migueldias1766 if you use an efficient direct E Drive like Geiger the efficiency factor compared to a combustion engine should be 1.3 So your performance should be enough provided you use a good wing like Aeros Combat 12T
Very cool. Industry 1st? Not sure how often it would be used. But like having a condom, better to have it and not need it, than to need it not have one 🤣 Cheers
tolles feature! hab es schon mal live gesehen 2018 in greiling. sehr interssantes geräusch wenn das ul beim schnellen ausrollen auf reverse schaltet.
Ja, es klingt ein bisschen wie eine Turboprop Maschine
Please make more videos. Under Covid19 lockdown all I do is dream of a Geiger powered nanotrike. Andres from Santiago, Chile.
I haven't gotten off the ground in reverse either, lol.

What needs more power to fly, the hang gliding trike, or the Paramotor trike?

@@tomfrey1258 ok but I heard that they need at least 25hp to fly good. I'm have 80kg so you think I can fly with my 20hp system?

Very handy
