  • Bongiwe Lusizi is an Atlantic Fellow for Racial Equity, based in South Africa, this film shows her work during COVID to help her community.
    Before COVID Lusizi worked with children, helping them connect to nature and culture by planting calabashes, used as traditional musical instruments. When COVID came, supported by a grant from the Atlantic Institute she pivoted to helping her community in other ways.
