Love the song my favorite version is by Albert Lee because his vocal takes sound so legendary to me anyway. Lee's version is drastically sped up in tempo.
I don’t know why I’m just now finding you but I am glad I did. I LOVE your stuff. You actually teach us how to play the song and not just strum the song if you know what I mean. THANK YOU so much
Where can i learn the whole picking part? Everybody just teaches the strumming which i do not even hear in the album version. Who is picking the whole time?
Awesome stuff robbie you never fail to educate this starving artist. I have one or two requests. Keith whitley Charlotte is in North Carolina. And heath sanders version of faithfully by journey with the beautiful riff at the beginning
hey man you say the strumming pattern is one way then you play is completely different i dont hear the pattern you said. you sound like you are going down -- up down up and mixing all kinds of patterns
I'm sorry. DDDUDU works perfectly and that's what I'm doing on the verse. If I'm doing something else somewhere else you can just play the DDDUDU pattern and that will be perfect. There are always different patterns that will work.
I just discovered this song and it makes me want to get back into guitar I really appreciate this quick lesson thank you very much!
Glad you wanna get back to playing!
Nice, thank you good sir. A straght up, very easy to follow lesson. Way to not make it long, and complicate it, like so many do. Two thumbs up.
