I was the third subscriber yesterday :P Just got in from work and wanted to thank you for the amazing guides on steam. If this first video is anything to go by then future video guides should be amazing!
I'm not sure how much the game has changed in the past two years, but I find it incredibly fun and challenging to rush Mediolanum, try to eat up Liguria and Venetia, whilst slowly moving down Italy. I find that the Romans try to consolidate in Italy, whilst Gaul and Hispania gets eaten up by friendly factions, and the Huns always try to sue for peace with me. My biggest problem is the Africans, they always manage to get their hands of Spain and become world superpowers, nearly impossible to compete with. That's just my strategy though, but I loved the video man, I've subscribed :)
I'm on turn 56 as the Visigoths. I'm still unsettled and I still am unable to raise a new army. I've been playing the entire game with only 3 armies! Anyone know why this is? Do I have to settle before I can start adding on more armies?
Ridiculous Chapter objectives like the ones CA wrote for this Campaign is why the 24 turns per year mod exists. To give you more time to try and pull them off.
this doesn't work, you cant even liberate thessalonica. The option doesn't exist. And the huns ignored sirmium and burned my two villages to the nort,h then besieged sirmium while my main army was down south "liberating" thessalonica
Voth V. No problem :D :D I have you as a friend on Steam by the way and are you planning to do youtube campaigns?? I plan to start soon probably in a year.
CERBERUSCLH You mean like a let's play? Yeah probably, they seem like a good way to keep a channel active in between guides or whatever major videos you plan ...
Great video! I love your breakdown of this faction

Have you ever experimented with settling in Southern Greece starting out instead of Panonnia or does that turn out badly?

Thanks. I find it hard to survive being pinned between the Romans and Huns.
I settle in the province of Macedonia and none bothers me.
