What a recipe, it took me back to early 60s and 70s, where one of the outside school food vendor used to have these Chutney Wale Aaloo. He used to have it made with Red Chutney instead, and those used be warm on the tawa on coals. He used to mix those with some other chutneys and some sprinkle of masala and serve it on a leaf with a piece of same leaf as a spoon. That used to be AMAZING. Chef you just made me go into those memory lanes. Thank you :) Lots of love from PDX. ❤
