This farm will be going on the market next month, so sometime next year these videos will be at the next farm. A different location is always a nice change.
I dare to say that this light has the best yielding for a 14500/aa to date. The Thrunite Archer 2a V3, for example, will completely drain the batteries 30min before this one.
Why would Charles Xavier say 2 14500 work and aa ones do not ? Great review as always i love this light it's been great. For a small light it has surprisingly good turbo runtime and output. These batteries are used with a few companies now but what happens if they stop being produced? Hopefully they won't be. I do wish it ran on 2 14500 cells.
Noticed strange indicator LED behaviour from mine: dropped it on a soft surface and the indicator went red. Turned it off and on and indicator went green (and stayed green).
That would be what I'd consider normal when there's a solid contact at the head. It would have briefly lost connection, very quick, which made the circuit think it was low voltage and presented the red indicator. This most likely doesn't switch back to green once red, and turning if off and on provided the correct reading.
did you try it with alkaline (or Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA) batteries as well, being 1.5v versus 1.2v for NiMH? Look forward to seeing new location.
I only tried with the Eneloop's because Acebeam's specs are using Ni-MH. Forgot to mention the 14100P cell charges at 0.4A and takes 4-4.5 hours to charge. Not too bad, but certainly a little on the slow side.

Buon trasferimento nella nuova fattoria! 😄
Hope you enjoy your new farm, and please keep doing your great reviews!
Your beamshot locations are always so amazing
All the best
Congratulations on the move 👏! I'm looking forward to the new scenery....
I love this light! Got mine a little over a month ago. Mine doesn’t step down until 5min on turbo which I’m okay with 👌🏼!

@@PiercingTheDarkness Fair enough, just wonder if always red indicator would go away with the extra voltage.
