    Excellent talk. As someone with 4/5 top 5 being the same (add in Achiever remove Intellection) it was refreshing to see this well balanced perspective. I love the integration of your faith with your strengths- when overcoming adversity or seeing the marginalized along the streets.

    Very helpful! Because I am a learner myself when that came from my 5 top strengths I was very impressed. I think it is impossible to stop learning.

    So happy to see this, my first top 5 strengths are so similar to him. In order, I have strategy, intellection, input, futuristic and learner. I have analytical as my top 15. I wasn’t sure how to think when I saw a one theme dominance in my top 5. I am very lucky that I have 6 strategic thinking talents out of 15, followed by 5 executive theme out of 15. I also feel my top 15 strengths are definitely used.

      I'm Strategic, Ideation, Input, Learner, Intellection (all strategic thinking) ... but my first executive is Belief at 14. You're lucky to have a strong backup of executive themes to help you get stuff done. I struggle to get beyond the planning stage in a lot of my projects. I think the top 5 is useful but you really need the highest of each domain to really understand how you function.
