Wonderful show! I love the naturalness of it and the sense that I’m in the rooms visiting...I want to join in. 😊 Great detailed discussions about singing technique which is a great resource for students or buffs, such as myself, who are fascinated by all the pieces and parts. I hope this show continues indefinitely! ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏
THANK YOU. this episode is very interesting. Before the pandemic, I only see the Opera through DVD, Met HD, PBS and some selected few live one since I live in southern California, cultural desert for good Opera. Silver linings from the pandemic is the daily Met HD streaming and youtube. Thanks to that, I found this channel. This is such a blessing for non-music field person. I've learned so much through you guys. I saw Christine Goerke's Turandot and Brunhilde a few time but never see the side of her as a real person out the stage with all kind of delightful view. you guys were all up on the pedestal to be worshipped on and the pandemic brings you to descend and touch people in so many different ways. Your interview provides an in depth view of the artists outside of their profession. I think it is the love, caring and passion toward humanity made you all liberal. Maybe you three can lead the reform of the union for musician. Love to see the theater open but in a safe way. Take care
OMG this has to be the best episode ever. Christine Goerke...amazing. A) you all had me laughing so hard and so needed that today and B) such wise advice and ideas of looking to the future. Sondra when you do Attila I want to know. I love “Santo di Patria” Thanks for a great episode.
Wow! loved the frank discussion of menopause and hormones. Relevant to many (well 51% of us) but not something that's often talked about in public by established performers.
I LOVE her and this interview was my favorite!! So many laughs, so fun .... tho Sondra missed the Leporello joke ... and as a mezzo, I can honestly say, GO FOR IT! You'll be sublime in all of those roles. Love all three of you and your energy so much. Thank you for making us smile! (And YES to covers getting their own shows! For Pete's sake!!)
I laughed too when she said Leporello! It reminds me that Julius Rudel once told Beverly Sills, “I have a wonderful opera for you, and you can choose between the best roles and play either Boris or Godunov!”
You guys are all so fabulous as well as the real deal. Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving voice to the many things I want to know from the illustrious likes of you all - and aspiring to do ALL the things in this career that our industry really needs. It’s like skylarking with other singer friends. Y’all, I would love to see a real American repertory opera company for Emerging Artists (tbh the moniker “Young Artist” imho should be struck from our lexicon... is our art really served by playing into the old ageism game?) I’m singing better than ever and I’m not too far behind CG and SR, and just moved into a dramatic Fach thanks to actually having time to study and reflect during Quarantine and not just learn music for gigs... tho it’s unlikely there will ever be much chance for me to gain more stage time at this point. Thanks for the many laughs here on Election Night - I desperately needed y’all. Cheers 🥂
Have you Sondra and Keri considered another Tudor opera by Gomes Maria Tudor? Could be very exciting! I came across it quite by accident while putting together a Rival themed concert
Sondra Radranovsky, in German repertoire, how about Marie/Marietta in Die Tode Stadt? Capriccio? Rosenkavalier? Even Karl Goldmark's Queen of Sheba? The Queen is by definition a mezzo role, but lays quite high. Then there's Sulimath and Astaroth the other two roles from the same opera? Another thought is Rosalinda in Fledermaus with a lighter Judith Blegen Ruth Welting type voice for Adele?

What an incredible treat to see the “off stage” personalities of you three amazing divas in action...makes my heart happy...😘😂🤣🥰
Loved this one. It would be really interesting for the three of you to do a second installment to see how things did actually change post-pandemic
I’ve been waiting for this video forever!

Love this show. Just came across it. ms Goerke is a fire cracker!
A lot of fun and also much to think about. Sondra would be an incredible Marschallin!
Thank you 🙏
Great great Ladies. Divas. Diva is not about sass but someone u look up to
So I have never thought of opera Sopranos having their cycle while singing.
This chat was soooo much fun!! Christine Goethe is so real.

I want to like her voice as she has worked her ass off to get where she is but the tongue tension on those high notes.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. We men have it so much easier than these ladies.
Thank you for curing today's depression.
In the roles Sondra has to learn is the “Mini” she mentions Funcuila Del West??? (Forgive spelling)
Minnie, La Fanciulla del West. Yes, she will be great in that role.
Please tell me you're not kidding....my favourite opera, my favourite soprano. Please, please, please tell me you're not kidding!
“There’s always this option 🇨🇦.”
💀
I just realized that you’re all blondes now!!!
Lots of girl talk.
