@ I do like both, but prefer Chinese. As regards the Indian, it’s the ghee which is clarified butter, that sometimes drowns the whole dish in ghee. But the best Indians have a good balance. For me with Chinese they can be swamped in salt/soy, but the best control that balance. Like with anything when they’re done well they’re both great, but can be rank sometimes.
