7 years is definitely not enough time. Strangling someone to death is not like shooting or stabbing someone. It takes quite a while. Also, if someone can commit a murder once in the heat of passion, they can do it again.

Also, do not try to tell me they'd be at different prisons or have keep aways... WV has ONE STATE women's prison, the rest are federal or all male. Prunytown USED to be male and female until they opened lakin in west Columbia. They are in different pods, but still are able to be around each other. Shelia also acts like it's highschool and she's the "mean girl". I was in C-pod with her.
My best friend and I have been friends since 1982. When we were younger and weekend drunks, we handled arguments appropriately. We would beat the shit out of each other, calm down and then hug it out.
If that had been a black person they would have got life for the killing why is it that there is one rule for one and a harder rule for the other if you kill someone you should face life in prison with a 30 year minimum sentences
