Kudo's to Basir, his paintings are immaculate and beautiful. Not to forget that he managed to paint it in a short time as well. Procrastination is beaten this time 😆
Good on Basir for getting the whole set done! I ran out of steam after the French and only did a handful of the British. The quickshades worked well. I agree that Warlord should look at selling the A5 Rulebooks too. I might never play Gates of Antares, but I'd like to read the rules.
Thank you for sharing this. Hats off to Basir for his dedicated work. By chance, do you know which color Basir used on the bases (i.e. the earth brown siding colour)? Or is that the Vallejo Earth gel color?
The base and the siding colour is Army Painter Dirt Spatter. This is applied after the base is covered with Vallejo White Stone Paste. When dry, a mixture of Army Painter's Field Grass and Steppe Grass is glued on.
