Hunter 350 Big Problem | Front End Noise | Update Video 3 | Poor Build Quality | Manufacturing Issue

- This is the Update Video about the Persistent Issue of my Hunter 350 .
The Service Centre Is taking utmost care of the Bike . But the issue is not getting resolved.
This is a Issue which is not common in every hunter. But be aware before buying Royal Enfiled Motorcycles.

It is the sound from the Key insert switch in the center besides the instrument cluster, simply insert your key and shake the key, don't turn it On and Off just shake it, you will get the same sound.
Experienced the same then i closely monitored the number plate and in my case that sound was coming from the gap between number plate and the frame. So decide to add kind of gap filler and worked. Still getting some noice from the forks when applied immediate from brakes, forks sounds like it's scratching the internal part.

bro that sound is coming in my hunter 350 since I bought it and it is normal in All Hunter I guess we have to adapt that sound 😔😔😍😍😍

I am also facing this issue. The sound was very low at the beginning so i thought that it was because of the key ring. But now the sound increased heavily. I removed the key ring still same sound. My bike is 13 days old only. Very disappointed with RE. Only 200 kms till now.
Mine sound is coming near tank it seems like some screw or wire is loose specially in off road it make more sound any solution for that bro when I drive in high RPM the sound increase more
I think it’s tappet noise ..
I thought that the problem from disk or i have xrashed it in pothole
Yes I am also facing same issues in my hunter. I went for royal Enfield service for 4 times but there is no solution, they are saying it's normal for all bike it's not a big issue they convincing us to leave
Also I complained in customer care still issue is not solved
I think it's an big issue in hunter every bike has this problem it's irritating while driving

I’ve also same model and my bikes problem is when I apply the rear brake it vibrates a lot and tyres also skeet. And also have suspension sound problem. Yesterday I brought the bike. It’s too much frustrating feeling helpless. What to do?
Thats the ABS , don’t worry about it , the Rear Brake is too weak . And if you kick in the break pedal the ABS will kick in .
Same problem mere bike me bhi aara hai ......service center walon ne Paisa liya kya ......kyunki ye to technical folt hai na ..........abhi to bike liye 6 month he hua hai

Unluckily i have no issues with my Hunter. Had traveled from Nagaland to Manipur b4 the 1st service and had no problems.
Heating was there initially but after 500 or so KM, Heating got 🤏 and Mileage just got 👌
How much mileage u get ??

@@rishabhgupta2657 Go to a Local Mechanic , Tighten all the bolts in the rear end .
Deb look at the disk , Look for any play is there or not . Then Open the Brake Caliper and clean it , replace the Brake Pads if needed .

Mostly leaking fork seals.

Same with my new classic 350 shitty service center shitty build quailty it really annoys i hate noises from my bike unnecessary noises hurts more

Hi .
This issue got resolved by again Changing the Ball Racers and Greasing the whole cone set .
This was a luck by chance thing . They were unknown about the solution.

Number plate ke sat shoker ka cover touch ho raha hai saed .
Warna shoker bounce back jor se mar raha hai . 😅 Esa anadaje se bol raha hu .
Diwali me purchase kiya hu aaj 4 se 5 month ho gya h aur 10000 km chl gyi h lekin m ye pro fase nai kiya hu bahut achhi chl rhi h

This engine will overheat its normal .
I was getting that noice but after the visit to the service center it got solved bro. Now i dont get any sound but just disappointed on the rear suspension 😢 its a nightmare

Same bro mere thunderbird x me bhi fuel tank se sound ata tha.... Showroom wale bolte hai sabhi bike me ata hai but Maine company ko official complaint kiya 3 mahine meri bike service centre me khadi thi.... Maine bola problem solve nahi hoga to bike nahi lejaunga and finally vo problem solve hogya.
Same issue with my meteor 350 and the service guy said same to me that it’s normal 🫤

Neel Chakraborty Bhai! I'm facing the same front end utensils like noise from my 1month old RE Hunter 350.
I reported about it in my first service but the service guy didn't do anything and convinced me.
Today, I reported that again, but that service guy said he doesn't hear any noise. I took him to a distant not so good road and made him listen that front noise. He heard that.
He removed head light and tried, still getting noise.
He tighted all the front screws and tried, still getting noise.
He tolde to visit tomorrow.
Is this ball racers and cone set issue? Please help me!
Let's all face this as a community.
Tell him to check the Fuel Pump and Sensor inside the Tank .
Might be a loose Bolt .
If not Show them my Videos and Grease / Change the Ball Racers plus Change the Cone set and See .
It should be fixed .
Utensils like noise is generally from Tappets or inside elements of the Tank . ( Refer To my Honest Review Video here i have mentioned about this noise )

Yeh jau leg guard laga hai uuska adjustment thik nahi hai screw lah reh gaya hai dhil.meri hunter ki delivery kai 2 din bad mene same yeh problem face kari thi jise bilkul thik kar diya gaya yeh noise leg guard kaa jau lamba wala screw hai uuske dhile haune kai karan hai tight karwao fir face nahi haugi yeh problem
Actually the leg guard was also removed but issue was resolved.
Maine bhi jina sikh liyw vai 6500 km ho gaya🥺
