Just bought this gimble and I'm so impressed with it! Thanks for making this video, there's loads of information in here that I'm glad I've found now so I don't have to spend ages figuring it out on my own, many thanks!
Very good ..analysis man specially for the specific settings for different values because no one talks for them. All explain how setup the camera on the gimbal Thanks a lot
I just discovered the "GO" mode, but can't find an explanation of it anywhere, I'm not sure if people even know it exists. If you press and hold the trigger button, it will go into "GO" mode. It seems identical to the "F" follow mode, where horizontal is stationary but the the other axis's move. If anyone knows a practical use or reason for this mode, please let me know.
I've heard a general description that it's good for things like sports because the gimbal is much more responsive. I guess it's a faster way to get more responsive movement than going in and changing the settings.
@@VicBarryI’m liking it - handles the weight fine, easy to get it balanced and the vertical mounting is great. It seems when I make a move with the gimbal, I get a tiny bit of drift - as in the camera pans slightly left or right at the end of the move. Could just be I need to practice at being smoother with it, or fiddle with the advanced settings a bit more as per your video!
The a74 1.45lbs and that Sigma is around 835g - So combined, they're still less than have the payload capacity (unless I've got my weights and math wrong) - I've balanced it and had it working with quite a heavy cinema lens and no problems
Have an fx6 and a 24mm to 105mm zoom lens all in all it’s 4.3lbs and the gimbal will not balance it. Feels like it is too long of a body for the gimbal, what are your thoughts?

Thank you so much for making this video. The manual is pretty much useless. This has helped me immensely 👊
No probs. Agreed. It’s completely useless 🤣

@@VicBarry In your opinion, which mode is the best the shoot in?
Agree with @studiovitta - very useful video & the first I've found regarding using the fine tuning of this gimbal.

I'm not sure how to make the gimble move?
Great video
Wow. Thank you. Hope it helps.
Great video!!! Do you know if this gimbal is compatible with the lumix s5 ?
А если я поставлю объектив 70-200 мм она выдержит? Для объектива есть подставка?
what about manual focus?
paired with the sony a74, vortex and potrait mode not working. think its too heavy with the sigma 24-70. will use my rs3 and send this one back😊

A7iv y sigma 24-70 si que puede. Yo lo uso y va muy bien.

Hi Marion, it’s only for mirrorless and DSLR body shape. So the FX6 won’t work with it
@@VicBarrythank you for the response!! Guess it’s EasyRig for the FX6 I will keep it though for my A7!
