  • Hello! Welcome to the series by Enterprise Fellowship called Learning Leadership through games. Enterprise is a year-long fellowship program, where we work on some really cool real-life projects.
Strong communication is a 21st-century skill. Often, in a team when we are trying to communicate a message, we assume others have understood it perfectly. this assumption is a big mistake. In this game, we understand that we shouldn’t assume in a team. It’s important to gain feedback after you communicate something to avoid loss of information
In this game, we have 3 people standing in a line with paper in front of them. A team member draws something on a paper stuck to their team members’ back, and that team member interprets and does the same.
Telling another person what we know very well is not as easy as it seems. As a team player, every business person or entrepreneur must also be a good teacher. Teaching well is the essence of delegating well.
We must never assume that the other person has understood what seems so clear in our own mind.
    1. Explain clear with the help of visual tools like diagrams etc
    2. Verify what the other person has understood
    3. Fill in the gaps wherever there is a disconnect
