Good advice to take a break from females in general to work on yourself. After like my 5th heartbreak I was done talking and interacting with girls and just put my energy into myself. Ended up going back to school, I found a much better job that allowed me to save up for some nice cars and mod them to death. Changed my entire wardrobe with high quality clothing. Fixed by teeth with braces. Fixed my physique, my mental became stronger. Grew my hair out and got a new style, got a consistent and rigorous hygiene routine to stay fresh, got into the habit of always carrying chapstick and gum too lol. I’m much different and much better after taking a break and focusing on myself. This video is 100% factual and I’m glad you’re spreading the word to other men who get lost after heartbreak cause we will all go thru it eventually, it’s inevitable.
There's a lot of videos regarding this topic on youtube but I found this one the most motivating and down to earth. No BS just the truth. Awesome video!
I agree with you. That's the ultimate goal. On the other hand, rejection can give one fuel to show her that she did a mistake in her decision, which is ofc based on some things of you. I think it's not a bad thing in having the confidence and belief to think that it's her loss, because that's also related to your sense of self-worth and respect, which should always be high and prioritized. So taking the steps to focus on yourself after a rejection, whether it's based on fuel to "show her" or more about self-improvement, would both serve to heal you in the process and build yourself up again.
Yeah, I feel it is at odds with "creating your own value", because ultimately you won't until you let go of such "revenge". You are still basing your self worth based off of someone else, and what's more - by making them feel bad. Why be so cruel? This toxicity will eat you alive in the end. This is exactly what I had to hear. My gf of 3 years broke up yesterday with me. This is after she has said she wanted to be married/spend the rest of her life with me less than a month ago. I had to take some work abroad for a year, and it was too much for her in the end. While I understand and it’s fair, I definitely want to invest in myself more now. Sorry to hear man. Reminds me of my ex from last year that broke up with me after I moved away for school. She was supposed to move near-ish to me but didn’t end up following through. She then proceeded to tell me that I was the one who couldn’t handle the distance yet her being the one to initiate the break up and literally saying “I’m not going to do long distance in the future.” It sucks, but if she can’t deal with you being away for some time, you’re better off without. All relationships have tough times, distance being one example of that. She just showed you that she wasn’t going to stick it out through the rough times with you, and that’s valuable information to have, as much as it hurts. Like you said, enjoy your freedom now. Very powerful & Intelligent words. I recently suffered a painful and humiliating breakup. I was obsessed with getting revenge on her until I came across this video. Im giving myself a year to rise up from my ashes.
Earned my sub. Well spoken and valid points. Really connected with what you said. I've quit caffeine, nicotine and drinking. Started going for runs. Going to make myself proud this year. Thank you for your motivation
Thank you brother. I also webt through this and its really wonderful advice. I really gave this girl attention and it turned out to be toxic to the extent of abusind me,plus being disrespectful and I regretted all the wonderful things I did for her.May GOD reward you abundantly.
this video is very timely, i suffered a very bad breakup last year and since then i've gotten in shape, bought a property, invested in my mental health, and booked trips to places i've wanted to go. recently i got rejected by a woman i really liked, i accepted the suck for 1-2 days but your video helped alot in reframing, and now im back on the path to becoming even stronger.
I’m 36 and work as a social worker. I can tell you first hand, that more young men need to hear your message. Just talking with the younger Millennials and Gen Z as often as I do, they don’t have a f***ing clue on what it means to be a man in today’s society. Not all of them, but certainly a disproportionate amount of them act as such. They are lost. Confused. They hate the “normal” we’ve allowed to exist but also don’t know how to function otherwise. They have almost every song, film, book and tv show telling them to bow in the presence of females and worship them and that by doing so, they will get what they want in kind. Then they do that, and are more often than not, left with nothing. We NEED to create dangerous but good men again. Men that are strong. Balanced. Powerful enough to gentle but dangerous if messed with. Without intervention, if the young men that I work with are a sign of what’s coming, in less than a decade, we are going to be in very VERY deep trouble.
As a man who’s subliminally implemented each of these pillars, this is a video every young influenceable mind should watch. advice I wish I had years ago I had to learn each of these skills the hard way.
This is amazing. Resonates with me completely. I went through a breakup 3 years ago and I spent a year recovering and the past two years partying. I quit drinking in November and now I think I’m done going out at least for now. Before I entered this last relationship, I had the most money I ever had and it all went quickly afterwards. I made mistakes and have learned. Also I like the point you made when presenting the two paths. I had a few rebound girls but it wasn’t the same. I’m taking the more difficult path now.
Bro this is spot on. After my divorce I went the opposite way and turned to Alcohol and self destructive behaviours. I need this video now more than ever. Ive been self destructing for 2 years since my breakup its killing me. I wish I had your motivation. I can still do it.
Left me after three years of our relationship , she wants to come back five months after we decided to broke up. truly loved her , to the point of chasing her. And yes , she got rejected from my side now. Remember a real lover will be next to you , ups and lows. Keep the grind everyone
Eyo just wanted to say love the video, this is defintiely what i needed to hear. I loved my best girl friend that i knew for 5 years and got rejected but i kept on chasing her all those years and basically wasting a lot of time on her. In June she got her first boyfriend and now im standing here all alone feeling nothing but pathetic about myself. I basically stopped growing these last years because i was only chasing her. This month i already improved on so many levels: i started with praying, reading and no fap and havent stopped a day since. Im in a way better situation now but i still lack confidence. For now tho i will just keep doing what you say is best: grinding my ass off. Im tired of being soft and i know i have a lot of potential thats just keep getting waste if i stay like this. So Sir thank your for the video i really appreciate the message and to others reading this: Stay hard and never give up. Everything happens for a reason. - Tim
Thanks for this. I just got rejected by a girl hat i still am in love with. But now I'm on self-improvement and its my mission to become a better man and to make her regret rejecting me.
Im doing both ways to deal with heartbreak, enjoying my time by being with friends(smoking, drinking, etc), but also leaving time for myself to grow as an individual(the gym, healthy eating, etc) but also, dont do any of this for revenge, do it for yourself
She will regret leaving me, after I put in 3 years of my life to try to satisfy her. I was devastated and couldn’t hold back the tears, but now that all the tears are out, it’s grinding time. I will level up, and when I’m completely on a whole new level and mindset, I know someone new, better and more accepting will come along and my ex will be left in the past, only looking at my life through a glass at what she could’ve had, had she stuck it out with me. Mindset first, now it’s time for action. Thank you for this video bro, a good reminder to me to keep chugging along.
After my brokeup last year i lost 14kg and i won the 3 place in italian national KARATÈ tournament. I'm so fkn proud of my inner strength that i didn't imagine to have. My world was crushed for the last month and a half. Started drinking again and barely scraped by with help from family. I am seeing from a diff Perspective now though. It can only get better but it hurts and I blocked her on all social media immediately. She was a thirst trap and one month she confessed to doing only fans content. I hated it but i let it go and I should have just broke it off there. Tried to change everything about our lives and forgave her thinking she would be a good woman but she was disrespectful and eventually the fights got really bad and we split

Sorry to hear that bro, keep your head up. Good things will come 🙏
Same here its sucks
God bless you brother.. don't worry
18 months after a 17 year relationship break up ( including 2 children ) I am still broken !
It’s not her anymore ! Just having a broken family is the real pain !
Stay strong, I been there and it’s so hard to deal with I wish I knew more about how to deal with all this but instead I drank and cry a lot didn’t get me no where was 15 years marriage.. it’s been 9 year since my divorce and all I tracked was toxic women.. I’m broken again but now it time to get back on my feet.. wish you the best bro !!
Very powerful & Intelligent words.
I recently suffered a painful and humiliating breakup. I was obsessed with getting revenge on her until I came across this video.
Im giving myself a year to rise up from my ashes.
At the end of the day, we all need time (patience) to see things get better if we refocus our energy towards these positive changes
@@IssaIbrahim1 Keep up the great work. Your message saved me from a serious drama. Thanks again my friend.
Trust me your success will be your revenge she will regret it. And thank her for making you a better person and breaking you to build yourself up
Earned my sub. Well spoken and valid points. Really connected with what you said. I've quit caffeine, nicotine and drinking. Started going for runs. Going to make myself proud this year. Thank you for your motivation
That's amazing bro, keep it up! Appreciate the support. Send me an email if you want to stay accountable. You can find it on my about page.
Come back will be stronger than ever 💪 keep it ip
rejection is the ultimate motivator! I needed this video. thank you Issa. Subscribed!
Do it for yourself, never for others.
The strongest people are the ones that fell or been rejected so many times but still got back and kept on pushing
Without intervention, if the young men that I work with are a sign of what’s coming, in less than a decade, we are going to be in very VERY deep trouble.
thank you.
As a man who’s subliminally implemented each of these pillars, this is a video every young influenceable mind should watch. advice I wish I had years ago I had to learn each of these skills the hard way.
Respect bro! 💪
I discovered your channel two days ago and I love it. I’m a big supporter now
Thanks for your support brother 🙏🏽 glad to have you on this journey
Bro this is spot on. After my divorce I went the opposite way and turned to Alcohol and self destructive behaviours. I need this video now more than ever. Ive been self destructing for 2 years since my breakup its killing me. I wish I had your motivation. I can still do it.
It’s never too late to start bro, keep us updated on your progress! I want to hear about it 💪
1 step at a time in the right direction at a time, NOW. Just start & perfect it as you go.
you can do it! be the man everyone needs in their life
@@michaelmich00 Thank you. This actually means a lot. 🙏
Left me after three years of our relationship , she wants to come back five months after we decided to broke up.
truly loved her , to the point of chasing her.
And yes , she got rejected from my side now.
Remember a real lover will be next to you , ups and lows.
Keep the grind everyone
Beans and sharknut tuna. We come over such , t
Keep your head up bro and keep on the grind 🙏
- Tim
Keep up the grind bro! Everything happens for a reason 🙏
We don't belong to anyone and no one belongs to us we came alone and we are gonna leave alone
Thank you brother
lets keep grinding and conquer the world💪
Stay on that grind brother 💯
rejection wakes you up
Thanks for this. I just got rejected by a girl hat i still am in love with. But now I'm on self-improvement and its my mission to become a better man and to make her regret rejecting me.
You got this bro 💪
rejection can be a powerful motivator but love will always be the best motivator you can have
In order to become a man, we have to go through trials of heartbreak. So true man.👍
You got it bro
Im doing both ways to deal with heartbreak, enjoying my time by being with friends(smoking, drinking, etc), but also leaving time for myself to grow as an individual(the gym, healthy eating, etc) but also, dont do any of this for revenge, do it for yourself
Love this

The goal is to form a community to support each other 🙏. Appreciate it bro!
It’s grind time bro 💪
I’m so happy that god made you for your existence and purpose
🙏
Needed this video right now.....She fucked up my head but i only blame myself. Working on myself and i think im slowly getting better
Keep your head up bro
this is why men need men and boys need fathers because no women will ever tell you this stuff , not even your mother
After my brokeup last year i lost 14kg and i won the 3 place in italian national KARATÈ tournament.
I'm so fkn proud of my inner strength that i didn't imagine to have. I tought i was uncapable to keep on living, but guess what i'm here with a lot of achievements to reach.
I'm ravenous and determined to devour anything on my path.
Be strong guys, sometimes to reach for grateness you need to be shattered❤.
I needed this. It's been a difficult month. Thank you
You got this brother 🙏
My world was crushed for the last month and a half. Started drinking again and barely scraped by with help from family. I am seeing from a diff Perspective now though. It can only get better but it hurts and I blocked her on all social media immediately. She was a thirst trap and one month she confessed to doing only fans content. I hated it but i let it go and I should have just broke it off there. Tried to change everything about our lives and forgave her thinking she would be a good woman but she was disrespectful and eventually the fights got really bad and we split
This was so helpful for me to get back into the groove I didn’t do 2 years but almost and then fell for it again
Let’s get it bro! 💪
going through one crushing break up right now, this gives me direction and strength. Good content.
My bro, wishing that she will regret loosing you, means she is still living in your head..
Best to just wish her well in life, and let her go.
Man, these are the words i wanted to hear right now...🔥🔥
Love to hear it bro, let’s kill it 💪
this honestly made me tear up because it just brought memories of wat we had but some way or another i have to accept wat it is.. thanks man
Keep your head up bro 🙏
I’m going through it now . Thank you bro . New subscriber 🔔
Respect bro 🙏
Bro you fucking get me so much the first part was so fucking relatable I gave her too much attention and love and she got sick of it. And even then she didn't say much and I felt extremely empty and sad
Ive litrally split with my ex after a long relatuonship, i supported her through her bereavements and gave her everything i coukd emotionally and mentally.
She litrally ended on a text wattsaap and then ghosted me when she got a job. I was left complety lzost and no idea what i had done. Your video came on at the right time. Back to the gym first thing in the morning and ive gotta save my money. Thanks dude, brilliant vid
Lost my baby momma and I feel like a failure as a father and now all I can think about is her moving on and another man being around my child more then me. Regardless I'm going to be the best version of myself so I can one day make my daughter proud.
Make your daughter proud 🙏
Don't worry your daughter will always see you as her dad. F the other guy. He won't be around forever. He'll leave or be discarded.
Just recently was blindsided broken up with by my girlfriend of 4 years. Have a ring, was planning on proposing next month. She told me, her family,my family and all our friends how excited she was to marry me. Then out of nowhere she dumped me. Didn’t really give a reason either. It’s been about 3 days and I have been all over the place emotionally by myself. Trying to start my healing process. This video has felt like a good first step in getting my self worth back
Great video brother !! I couldn’t see it in the moment but I’m grateful I went thru that. Completely changed me for the better
Every hardship is a learning experience 🙏
Love this bro!! Looks like this one is popping!! Time for ghost mode 👻
hahaa respect bro
Needed this video felt good to hear that reassurance. I'm already following some of theses steps but now i gotta push harder 💪🏽
Better ourselves for ourselves and others . Be a gift .

Like Tristan tate said you shouldnt make your life about revenage on your ex. It should come from you deep down the change your crave the successful life you want apart from that you spot on bro
@8:39 Brooo you hit the nail on the head with that statement. Nothing but pure facts 💯 👌🏾
Came across your video after my gf ended things off. We met in the gym through a friend, she had an abrasive personality & would talk down to me. There were times where I would call her out & ghost her. 1 day we had an episode and she knocked on my door and told me it's over. Women can never take accountability for their wrong doings.. Now i'm picking up the pieces hitting the gym even harder & focused on my mental and money. She lives in the same condo building as me which sux
Get on the grind bro and level up 💪
@@IssaIbrahim1 u already kno my g. monk mode comin soon
you dont need a heart break to improve yourself, make the difference
100% I'm just encouraging men that feel down about a breakup to use it as fuel instead but the beauty is that you transition to doing it for yourself so thank you for bringing that up!
@@IssaIbrahim1 Heart breaks suck but great work bro
Excellent Video Bro
It's funny, I got this video a few weeks after my breakup like TH-cam knew lmao, but it feels good that I've already been doing a lot of stuff to help my mental health meditation, journaling etc. This is a great video by the way keep it up man
I hope you get through your breakup and triumph all your battles!
Great video you said go ghost mode for 2 years I'm a year in and I see benefits physically and mentally I don't chase woman all I care about now is pushing myself each day
Whether it was acceptable for her or not, I am in touch with my emotions. She was uncomfortable with her own, that's why she couldn't understand mine. I won't bury myself for anyone's approval, especially for that reason.
Deleted all my social media and dropped 24 lbs in the past month. Im motivated to get better and learn from my recent breakup.
Let’s get it bro 💪
Amazing video brother!! Thank you
Appreciate the support bro 🙏
Thank u man. 6 yrs she left me for another guy. Theres an internal war going on insid3 me. Should use this as fuel in the gym
I'm sorry to hear that bro. Go crush the gym!
The gardener doesn’t chase the butterflies, he just takes care of the garden and plants the flowers and the butterflies come by themselves.
And even if they don’t, then he still has a very nice garden :)
Love this quote 🙌
@@IssaIbrahim1 i didn’t date for 2 and a half years after I left my abusive ex, and it was hard being single…stumbled across this one a week ago and it really helps me with my current breakup
Thanx bro. At least I ca see power and the energy coming back into me
The end hits hard

Hey issa thank you for this video. The pictures of you and your ex remind me of me and my ex fiancé. Your insight is great man and really helped me to gain a new perspective on my situation frfr

I had two mentally ill girls that ghosted me. Hurts every day.
Keep your head up bro 🙏
I'm going through this phase right now, it really shaked me to core when my ex brokeup with me , i then realized i didn't had a purpose my only job was then to somehow satisfy her. After the breakup it really hit me hard, no one respected me and even my ex didn't bother to ask when i was hospitalised. I started doing self care, it didn't go well at first i was not seeing any results but i did it cuz i built it as a habit. After 1 year when i checked my old photos with current me, i was shocked how my appearance has changed I went from a 4 to 5, DELAYED GRATIFICATION. Don't stop guys, keep hustling one day you'd see results
Delayed gratification is the way 🙏
This made me go harder at the gym today
Let’s go bro!!! 💪💪💪
Yes ! Thankyou!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Damn amazing dude…may u stay blessed bro
Appreciate it bro 🙏
Great video man, currently going through the same exact situation you explained at the beginning. Thanks for the good advice!
