With the added weight of the metal bumper and winch on the front you're probably sagging half to 3/4" of an inch in the front. You should find some take off springs from a Rubicon Unlimited or some 3/4" spacers and get back to stock height and you'll clear some of the obstacles you bottomed out on. If you want to go lockers on a budget, put a lunch box in the front. They are $300 and only engage when in 4WD. I just picked up a new Willys 2-Door and that's my plan, with the LSD in the rear and lunch box on the front it will go anywhere, sans heavy rock crawling/bashing.
You are completely right if you see my last videos I have 2.5 lift kits and 37 in tires. At this moment I don’t think I need lockers but my next project is getting a shot bumper and lighter. Thank you follow me and I hope we can keep on contact coz looks like you know about wheeling. Thank you again
@@jlv4x4 I’ve been on some trails near Oliver springs but haven’t been to wind rock.. seen the windmills from a distance.. I have a JL sport with rubi suspension, rubi sliders and 35x10.50x17s
Thanks for sharing such great videos with your Willys. I just bought a Willys and I did not know that I have option to disconnect the sway bar. Is it possible to disconnect the sway bar on complete stock 2021 Jeep Willys?
Thank you for a nice comment, yah we can disconnect the sway bar link has to be manually( i love doing that) if i'm not mistake you can see in my old videos how i disconnect if not just let me know i can make a video showing exactly how to do.. Thanks again for awesome comment on my video.
@@jlv4x4 I actually watched all of your videos last night, I saw the way you did it but it was not clear enough for someone like me that did not even know that there is a way to disconnect it :) So it would be great if you could show us step by step. And waiting to see some more awesome off road content :)
@@VehbiKaranfil Yes!! I will be sure to post a video very soon!!! We started this channel not too long ago and love to receive comment like yours. Thank you so much :)
I loved this trail. I did it in March with a gladiator sport on 35s with the mopar lift. The spot where you scraped the rear diff on the rock, I did too😜. P.S: I’m from West Palm so I agree the trail is harder than most stuff in florida. Happy trails!
@@buckfiden6102 I want to ARB air lockers. If I keep my current 37” tires (not on this video) then I would just keep my Dana 30 in the front. If I eventually change to 40” tires then I would put Dana 44.
Willys did great! Congrats on the badge.
Thank you 😊

Nice video. But I really don't understand how you got stuck. I did Dickey Bell in my stock 2 door.
drive very slow for being my first time I don't want to risk much. Also I’m from Miami Florida and we have to drove back
@@kevilka I understand that. My wife always reminds me, we have to drive this back home lol.
I'd re-wrap that winch if i were you, just a heads up! Winding it up like that with no tension will cause it to bust the cage.
Yah you’re right. I did after cleaning
I’m only a hour from here looks like a perfect place to test out my new 35’s
Best place on east coast

Tennessee is a perfect place for off-roaring! Would love to go back there again one day
Good video, is that an Hawaii plate in front and Florida plate in back?
Yah we love Hawaii but we’re from Miami

Manually Disconnecting Sway Bar on My Rented Jeep Wrangler JL. Sorry for delay I hope that helps
Good job!
Thank you. It was a hell of a ride!!! :D But I enjoyed it!! Can't wait to go back!
Great video, we r in west palm beach.
Thank you. We just moved to Tucson
Did you drive out on the rock overlook?
Nooooo was my first time on Windrock later I realized about that. But good excuse to go back soon
Fellow Jeep Willys Miamian here! How was the long road trip on the stock 32” Firestone tires?
No problem at all! No issue whatsoever from Miami to Tennessee and back. Highly recommended!!!
do you have skid plates on it?
No we don’t. That’s my next project
Excellent! 👍👍😎🇺🇸

Oh wow! must have been even more technical with a Gladiator for sure!!!! Yeah, wish we had trails like this in SoFlo!!!!!!! Will definitely go back!
Do them willys jeeps have lockers?
No Willys do not have lockers. That’s on my list
@@jlv4x4 what type of lockers? Would you upgrade the axles too? I like your jeep😃
