Reichert Racing Trophy Truck #26 at the 2013 Baja 1000

The 2013 SCORE Baja 1000 was arguably the most challenging race in recent history. With the exception of the Baja 2000 and the longest recorded race in Baja in 2007, the 2013 SCORE Baja 1000 posed new challenges never before experienced in the long, rich history of desert racing. R&D Motorsports fought the challenges of Baja but would only complete 245 miles of the relentless 883 mile course. Just South of San Felipe, the tie rod fell out of the truck and the truck laid down at 102 mph. Although their 2013 SCORE Baja 100 ended early, it was a memorable race.
