Will you see all of the killings of Black people by police in our major progressive cities. A UC Berkeley researcher identified conditions that existed on slave plantations during the antebellum South. Those same conditions exist in our inner cities, and population areas comprised mainly of black Americans. We hear cries of systemic racism also coming from our major progressive cities.
