I believe this feature was already there since a couple of months by now.
“Game changer” other programs could already do this. I only wish i could add a layer like in Capture one or Photoshop and you can edit it. So you can add multiple curves or fix situation like this. Good tutorial for those who didn’t know about this tho.

There's a lightroom plugin someone made which does just that, it's called 'The Fader', I think it's free just look it up
