You are doing a fabulous job..you won't trust I hate digipad 1.0 when I go for long drive default maps does not show accuracy and can't connect my phone but in digipad 2.0 it is working I sent couple of emails and walked up honda showroom asking for replacing 2.0 they said not possible..I got pissed and thought to change my infotainment for 20000/- but suddenly I saw your video and now installed everything and I love driving my wrv now..😀 thanks is just a word but wanted to thank more than that.. appreciate all your efforts and keep doing 👍 please

Change the source of audio using the "source" button on steering wheel. Then pause the music player.

You have to exit the app. Turn off the digipad and turn it back on again. Then open the app. It will open properly.
Can I use usb tethering option??
Also do I have to go to CTS settings every time I want to use internet via bluetooth?
No you cannot use usb tethering option. And yes you will need to enable the option everytime to use Bluetooth internet. Thats why the best option is to use interent using wifi dongle. No hassle, no trouble. Simple plug and play. The link to purchase compatible dongle for digipad is in the description of almost all my videos.

In my Honda city 2017, the Spotify is opening in portrait mode, and making it difficult to use. It's not available in landscape mode. Pls help
Close the app and open again. It will open in Landscape mode. If not, try restarting the digipad.
After installing mozila firefox
Any other app is not installing (Spotify, digital speedo meter,es file explorer, TH-cam)it is downloading but It shows the error "there is a problem while parsing the app"

Hello achyut.
Don't worry. Parsing error is a common problem. If you are facing that problem, then you can try downloading the aops directly on your smartphone/pc/laptop and then transfer it to pendrive/sdcard and insert it into digipad. Then open that file using es file manager and install it. You wont get any parsing error.

Hello, thanks for sharing this info. I did try to install this application on my digi pad and when i launch the application, it shows an error as No SD card found. Where as i have 16gb SD card with full free space connected to system.
Try resetting the digipad and reinstall again.

If you are getting Digipad 2, then it has apple play and android auto built in. But if you are getting Digipad 1, then better avoid it and go for Foxfire or Pioneer or Sony.

When I give my fb account details it goes and ask to give continue then comes out saying user already created
Log in with your existing Spotify account. Or else, create an account in spotify using a PC/laptop first. Remeber the username password. Then try logging in in the digipad using the newly created profile

Facebook option will not work. You need to put username and password.

Clearly there is something wrong in the process. Are you downloading via the default browser in digipad or ES File Manager?

Instead of firefox...download whichever apps you want to your PC/Laptop from the same link given in the video. Then transfer that file to digipad using pendrive/sdcard. Then install it using es file manager. It will not gibe any parsing error.

Installed Spotify ..though it's working well but music doesn't get paused when there is an incoming call rather it's so loud that you can't take calls ....moreover steering control doesn't work to change the track ...any suggestions to solve this issue
Since the Spotify app was not built for Digipad, its hard to overcome these problems. Its a third party app so you have to manage it as it is.

Can we connect the Digipad 2.0 directly with the phone's Wi-Fi?
You can connect to your phone's hotspot. But other than traffic updates you wont be able to use internet for any other purpose.

I have recently bought Honda City 4 th gen. And company have removed browser from digi pad. Is it still possible to add app like es file and Spotify and other apps...
No. Browser is mandatory to download anything or to access internet. Are you sure you have Digipad 1? Or is it Digipad 2? Because removing just the browser from Digipad 1 doesnt make sense.

Then you probably have Digipad 2. If thats the case, then there is no built in browser and you cannot install apps. But I am currently working on a video to show how you can do it in Digipad 2. So make sure you are subscribed to the channel so that you dont miss that video.

How to install the WiFi router in digipad.
You have to purchase a WiFi dongle from dealership or online from amzon. Plug it into the usb port in the car and connect to wifi in digipad settings.

Its not made for Digipad 2.0. It will work only in Digipad 1.0 1st Generation.

It is a custom OS based on Android i think. I havent got a chance to look into Digipad 2.0 much, hence I cant say how to make it work there. If i get a unit to work with, I will try and inform you.

Well it was available till a few months ago. Now they have removed support for older versions so probably not.

Travel & Tech yes I am using the same account. I am using the bluetooth internet access option. If i go to discover and select something like pop or jazz I am not getting any songs. I can just see the filter option

Thats because Spotify has removed support for older version of android app and you may have to buy a premium account to access all features.
