They always want to remove your thyroid. God gave you a thyroid for a reason. My doctor wanted to remove my thyroid even though the tests could not show any signs of cancer. I changed doctors. I still have my thyroid. My nodules are benign.

I live in the United States and I don’t have to worry about cost because I’m a military veteran. You guys aren’t the only lucky people on this planet.

I have a 1cm nodule that came back carcinoma but it shrank to 6mm over the course of a year as I was hesitant it’s not grown back to 1cm but I don’t know what to do about it.. a lot of my family have nodules but they just never been tested for cancer in them.. my grandma is in her mid 80s and they tried to get her to remove hers and she didn’t want to years ago she’s still alive... what is the truth to this... cell phones and lack of iodine in our diets as well as all the additives in foods and obscene amounts of sugar for no reason all are to blame! We’re killing ourselves essentially...or we have no option not to

I had an injury to my throat when I was 14. Now thru a cat scan my treachea is collasping 75 percent on experiation. I have a lymnphoma as well as a thyroid nodule that has not be tested yet for cancer. If the nodule and lymphoma are removed will there be a problem in the future if I need my treachea repaired?

3 biopsy & molecular testing came back as indeterminate. $6000 test was a joke

Your comment is two years old, but I also got a indertiminate biopsy and a large hospital bill with high deductible insurance. I got to pay up and haven't learned a thing from the test I paid for....

I just want this whole darn thyroid removed! Since these nodules (especially the calcified one) my epilepsy has not been easy to totally controlled. I get almost daily seizure auras and have to take a rescue med to keep the seizure away. I get my biopsy soon. I want this thing out! I want my life back!

I had 2 biopsies and one came back indeterminate and the other non diagnostic and Im getting surgery soon without repeating another time because id have to take it off anyway because of how big it is. I'm scared I'll regret it because of the consequences of surgery though
