Easy fix guys, all you will need is a small screwdriver, a heat gun, 1/2 mm plastic cover remover, a PHD in applied physics, a water gun (to counteract the heat gun!), a Tesla v12 engine, 12 cans of mountain dew, 3 hours of free spare time, a wife and 2 kids, and last but not least a Bible, to pray over before embarking on this repair job.

The comments on this video are hilarious! And as entertaining as learning how nifty everything in the S9 appears to be.
In reality, it seems like much more trouble than it's worth. It effectively looks like taking every component bit by bit out of one phone and putting them into another. Wonder how much a pro charges to do this much work?

Yeah I replaced my screen with there replaced screen, a couple issues I ran into. The volume keypad was missing, I had to take it out of my old phone. The other issue, I was only getting 1 bar of signal inside my house. I replaced everything inside my phone except the motherboard. I finally found a video where some guy said that there was paint covering up all of the grounding points all over it. I took my phone apart and yep there was paint covering everything up just like he said. I scratched all of the paint off and now I get signal inside my house.
You guy's need to work on your quality control because I payed close to $300. That's outrageous that there was that many problems.

    I’ve taken things apart before
By the looks of it if you have some experience and a lot of patients I wonder if it’s as easy as it looks
I’m not scared of screws or flex cables being ripped in scared of any electronics small bits being bent and something so if anyone had experience and did this is it really almost that simple? I can live without a complete seal I just wanna replace the screen lol

@@cheezybread7783 heat up the screen for 30 seconds with a heater gun and then with pry tools you slide in on the sides of the screen to take it off. You disconnect the cable that’s attached to the screen and follow the video on TH-cam called “ disassembling Galaxy s9”.
