Hello Pradyna, I discovered your channel 1.5 months back. I have watched all your videos. I am in this journey from the past 3 years. I have listened to most of the channels , so many videos during these 3 years. I can say that your videos completely resonated with me. There is something different to what you bring in this channel. For example, the inner work video. I was logically always not able to understand the meditation, pranayama as inner work. Of course it is essential for spiritual ascension but not for twin flame journey. The inner work for TF journey is to peel off the mental, emotional aspects of the soul and just be the soul. Few months back, I had blocked my TF for not giving me the importance, being so insensitive and blah blah blah. During this separation phase, your videos really guided me. Though after all that happened, I was getting all hints to dump my ego and call him and just say my side of the story. It was soooo difficult to dump my ego, self respect ( so to say) and call him. But once I called him, I understood his side of the story. And it was ok. He is going through this own challenges. We don't talk now also but don't have harsh feelings. But things have changed, I know it. The last 5 mins of your video. That's the place I am right now. I might have finally understood or energetically in a place where in "I KNOW". I can now understand the ego talk and soul talk. Its a complete bliss now. Actually, I kind of enjoy the separation phase now but even FEAR ( have to overcome that) what will come up next and what I need to heal, overcome the next time. @@edeletwin I guess this was coming from my higher self as it hit me too when I was writing it. I knew it wasnt coming from me. I realised that after I wrote it.
I used to get so angry when my twin pulled away from me, I didn't understand what the issue was, fast forward to now and my twin has again pulled away, but I don't get angry anymore because now I can feel my twins pain when they do that. I feel it in my heart space how they feel when they purge, I feel them crying and not understanding why they pull away. It's hard to feel that, but feeling what they go through gives the twin flame journey a totally different vibe. I just hold space for them until they return and they always do. BTW, this video is so informative and I've learned alot from it. ❤️

thanks your channel helps me understand what that connection with my TF is. After 2 months of her running away from me i now regained my serenity. I see her in almost every dream... Constant telepathic connection. Just recently both our vishnu granthi burst open so our hearts are liberated more now. She is a shaman, i am a bhakta. she has her plant devas, i my third eye. She is christian, i am a vaishnava. Its weird but rudra granthi was first for me to open... Everytime she or i make relevant energetical progress the other goes along. When i let go of her, she placed white and yellow roses under our meditation tree (we meditated under the same tree for 7 years without knowing the other does that. Then i initiated contact, it was so intense that she ran away... She blamed me for the telepathic union and it was truly quite the drama. Now im focussing on her 5D form as an aspect of Shri Devi, and am realizing my own Svarupa as an aspect of Madana Gopala. She gave me no contact demand so i cant talk to her. But we say things telepathically or through the tree.. Yesterday i placed a letter in the tree for her. She is a great healer, but for now our connection is blocked in 3D. Thank you for the video. We are in a separation stage and this time I am really peaceful. I have slowed down. Have developed a lot of patience. I really thank God that I am no longer triggered. There's absolutely no contact and it's okay. My mind now rarely goes in the ego zone however when it goes, I understand and pull myself back. I know the work is happening behind the curtains and something will come out of it. This time it seems reconciliation is impossible because I have stopped chasing. Let's see what happens. Thank you so much for this amazing video 🙏 This journey wasn't easy for me, but I realised that whenever I reach a state of balance, his actions do not trigger me. There is only unconditional love without holding any expectations. During this time, I can sense his runner energy comes to a halt, and slowly switching to chasing. However, whenever my energy is low, expectations start creeping in, and that is when I start feeling disappointed and hurt again - that is when he starts running again. Everytime this happens, I will ask my Spirit team what's the lesson that I need to learn, slowly but surely, once I have learnt the lesson, that triggered pain will disappear. In regards to healthy communication, I have a slightly different thought. Not so much bound by societal norms, but it's more of conveying what I want for a working / functioning relationship, sort of just speaking up my mind about what feels comfortable for me. Ultimately, if union can happen, staying together means working out the 3D details in life - which includes daily interactions. I used to just be quiet about certain triggers, but as I started dissecting different types of triggers, I realised some of lessons learnt (for myself) were - speaking up about how you wish to be treated. If you never verbalise what works for you, what doesn't - how would that Matrix twin know? Of course, share this from the heart space, not from ego. I usually go through a very thorough ego-check before speaking out, know clearly where am I sharing this from, and if it is something that builds/improves. How they take it however, is on them. If they take it well, that means they could have reflected on your statement. If they didn't take it well, then it could be a trigger that they might eventually have to work on. If they ignore, it's alright too - because ultimately, me being triggered means - I have something to heal. Regardless of his reaction, I will still love him unconditionally. Those are my two cents :3

Thank you so much Pradnyaa, it was really a divine intervention, to listen to you because i was on the verge of giving up, getting disappointed and throw my frustration on myself. I understood , how the ego was playing as it is very subtle. We can't realise the ego aspect, when our emotions become very negative and judgement starts, i got it that it is ego. I did have a small chat with my twin , however i was in shock , i couldn't feel happy or excited like before, he liked my sketches and said " you must try portraits, which secretly i like to learn, but i didn't tell him that. I was wondering why i was numbed out, because there is a lot of expectations to get the love reciprocated in a romantic way, so a normal friend like chat , i couldn't receive well. Now after listening to your video, i feel calmer, hopeful, a little shift that i can somehow manage and come to a peaceful state. " so there I told you how this year getting over with a bit of my ego probably and going ahead and doing what I really wanted to. But something happened and he starts ghosting me and I realized something triggered me and I got a little low so here I came to watch it and trying to understand it🙃

Yes sometimes you need to do that. But not from the place of dissatisfaction or non fulfillment of your expectation, but from the place of acceptance and respecting their free will. If you do it from acceptance, you are getting one step ahead in your spiritual journey as well as union.
Thank you!! Divine guided me here! My TF is aware of the connection but doesn’t understand it. He has used the terms push and pull and has told me we have an otherworldly connection. This is third time he has gone no contact with me before was two, three months. This is two years. We met on a karaoke app so it was funny when you said not here to sing songs in the garden lol. We actually met in a song. And after two years of no interaction (3D) he resurfaced recently and liked one of my songs that has tremendous meaning to both of us. I was hurt at first bc how can he like something on social media yet not even think I’m worthy of talking to? I now realize that was my ego. Then I became grateful for the validation that I’m not crazy with all this- feeling his energetic presence all the synchronicities etc...he told me in the beginning that no amount of time or space could deteriorate or destroy the connection we have. I need to trust the process. No I’m not crazy. This connection is very real and I have learned so much since crossing his path 4 years ago. This video helped me so much to surrender and have peace. Hi Pradnya, I am watching this particular recording second or third time now and now it is resonating with me more deeply than before as I am going through the phase where as a runner, I am getting guidance from my higher self to connect with my twin-flame. I am the one who initiated the separation last year in 2023 after I met my twin in person after a long separation. I just strongly felt like running away from him and not hearing or seeing him again, so I blocked him everywhere after a small fight between us. This separation has been particularly hard as very randomly I start having pain in my chest area and then I realize that I am missing my twin too much. This pain magically goes away when I send my twin a message, which he understandably hates as he thinks that I am coming in and out as and when I want, but it feels like this is not in my control😢

Is there a hope that one can make it work with a tf at some point? Work means for me that we don't have to separate, we continue on this journey, we both accept that it is a very different kind of a relationship and we don't try to fit it into any template, we do it our way. In my journey we both have realised that there is more there between us than what we show in our words or behavior, we know that there is always something indestructible all the time no matter what we do, I may chase, then I run, he now doesn't react to this, he just is, then me seeing this feel so much love for him and the need to be closer, he distances a bit but finally we are both convinced of this connection
There is always a hope. The whole mankind is loving on HOPE! Work means for me that we don't have to separate, we continue on this journey, we both accept that it is a very different kind of a relationship and we don't try to fit it into any template, we do it our way.-------------------- Thats where we are heading. Slowly. But as a collective or human society, we are not yet there to fully accept people, things the way they are. But we will be there some day. However, know that if you get in separation - it is happening for a reason. Detach from that fixed expected outcome.

I have stumbled upon your channel and wanted to say thank you for sharing this very interesting and, possibly, actually NOT possibly..VERY POSSIBLE and apt advice for me at this time in my life. I had never really heard the term Twin Flame before until I started my own inner work to heal from past traumas and work on letting go of the past (and the fear associated) I have been practising reliquishing all control to the universe and allowing myself to try and be in the present moment, not stuck in the past, nor agonising over the future. As I began this journey, more and more information about Twin Flames seemed to appear. I have a question regarding Twin Flames (for anyone reading this, thankyou for taking the time to read my comment) Does everyone have a twin flame? And my situation is, well, I have a person who has been in and out of my life for the past ten years. My brain says no, there is no future with this person, but my heart wants to love his heart. Also, I think I dreamt of him many years before actually meeting him, although I didn't see his face in the dream, I just get a sense of knowing that it was him. He is only a little younger than me, not by much though and tonight I decided to consult my Tarot cards and asked how I could support the development of unconditional love energy between us both. Pradnyaa, thank you for validating the Tarot read for me: the advice was uncannily similar in relation to looking at things from a higer perspective and always leading from the heart with compassion and more importantly, letting go of the fear. I am still not certain that he is in fact, my twin flame. According to my understanding, every soul has their own polarity higher aspect (twin flame), however every human being has not incarnated here in their current life to meet theirs. One would meet their twin flame -- for this specific journey -- that is fast track to ascension -- only when they are standing at a particular level of soul evolution. (Eg. Only the students who have passed the secondary school are taken for higher studies. Not all. The remaining are expected to complete their primary and secondary school first before getting into higher studies.) Similarly - it depends upon the level of soul's evolution - if they are well equipped to take the twin flame path. Secondly - many twin flames are volunteer souls coming from different star systems. (typically called Star seeds) These souls are already evolved and do not need to be on earth and live human life, however they are here to assist this planet in ascension process and hence have incarnated here at this time as a part of collective mission. [My brain says no, there is no future with this person, but my heart wants to love his heart.[---- Your brain is your logic - your ego mind. You heart - is your soul - your inner knowing. Having a "future" with your twin flame --- this is very tricky, because there are two aspects. One more thing. I am not able to do meditation much. Just not happening with me and therefore I feel guilty or justify that might be it is not needed to me. Most of them yes. Don't take this negatively - because we take the term ego in a very negative sense. 3d romantic relationships are based on 3d duality. Right-wrong, do-dont, duties expectations give and take responsibilities etc. Nothing wrong with that..but bottom line is they ARE based on those things and they end if those duties/expectations are not fulfilled. It's not that there is no love between the two mates. But even after that those relationships are still based on the above things. Hope you get the point.

Hello Pradyna, I discovered your channel 1.5 months back. I have watched all your videos. I am in this journey from the past 3 years. I have listened to most of the channels , so many videos during these 3 years. I can say that your videos completely resonated with me. There is something different to what you bring in this channel. For example, the inner work video. I was logically always not able to understand the meditation, pranayama as inner work. Of course it is essential for spiritual ascension but not for twin flame journey. The inner work for TF journey is to peel off the mental, emotional aspects of the soul and just be the soul.
Few months back, I had blocked my TF for not giving me the importance, being so insensitive and blah blah blah. During this separation phase, your videos really guided me. Though after all that happened, I was getting all hints to dump my ego and call him and just say my side of the story. It was soooo difficult to dump my ego, self respect ( so to say) and call him.
But once I called him, I understood his side of the story. And it was ok. He is going through this own challenges. We don't talk now also but don't have harsh feelings.
But things have changed, I know it. The last 5 mins of your video. That's the place I am right now. I might have finally understood or energetically in a place where in "I KNOW". I can now understand the ego talk and soul talk.
Its a complete bliss now. Actually, I kind of enjoy the separation phase now but even FEAR ( have to overcome that) what will come up next and what I need to heal, overcome the next time. It is draining because you become your own teacher and student at the same time. 😃😃😃

I used to get so angry when my twin pulled away from me, I didn't understand what the issue was, fast forward to now and my twin has again pulled away, but I don't get angry anymore because now I can feel my twins pain when they do that. I feel it in my heart space how they feel when they purge, I feel them crying and not understanding why they pull away. It's hard to feel that, but feeling what they go through gives the twin flame journey a totally different vibe. I just hold space for them until they return and they always do. BTW, this video is so informative and I've learned alot from it. ❤️

11:11 when I focused on the Earthly Drama, this journey was hell. Once I started to focus on the non-physical spiritual aspects, this journey became all about personal growth. It’s so odd … what started as a bit of an obsession for another person became an odyssey back to my authentic self. It’s beautiful.

Thank you for the video. We are in a separation stage and this time I am really peaceful. I have slowed down. Have developed a lot of patience. I really thank God that I am no longer triggered. There's absolutely no contact and it's okay. My mind now rarely goes in the ego zone however when it goes, I understand and pull myself back. I know the work is happening behind the curtains and something will come out of it. This time it seems reconciliation is impossible because I have stopped chasing. Let's see what happens.

I met my twin flame 19 years ago, after 5years of on and off relationship I gave up and got married and after 9 years of separation I started feeling his energy and I was getting dreams and urge to contact him… finally I connected with him and found that he had settled out of city again the same scenario on and off for 3 years and he moved back to my city but unfortunately I had to shift to other city and for 1 year felt emotionally all well and finally could meet for just 30 minutes as I had visited to my home town. This journey wasn't easy for me, but I realised that whenever I reach a state of balance, his actions do not trigger me. There is only unconditional love without holding any expectations. During this time, I can sense his runner energy comes to a halt, and slowly switching to chasing.
However, whenever my energy is low, expectations start creeping in, and that is when I start feeling disappointed and hurt again - that is when he starts running again. Everytime this happens, I will ask my Spirit team what's the lesson that I need to learn, slowly but surely, once I have learnt the lesson, that triggered pain will disappear.
In regards to healthy communication, I have a slightly different thought. Not so much bound by societal norms, but it's more of conveying what I want for a working / functioning relationship, sort of just speaking up my mind about what feels comfortable for me. Ultimately, if union can happen, staying together means working out the 3D details in life - which includes daily interactions. I used to just be quiet about certain triggers, but as I started dissecting different types of triggers, I realised some of lessons learnt (for myself) were - speaking up about how you wish to be treated. If you never verbalise what works for you, what doesn't - how would that Matrix twin know?
Of course, share this from the heart space, not from ego. I usually go through a very thorough ego-check before speaking out, know clearly where am I sharing this from, and if it is something that builds/improves. How they take it however, is on them. If they take it well, that means they could have reflected on your statement. If they didn't take it well, then it could be a trigger that they might eventually have to work on. If they ignore, it's alright too - because ultimately, me being triggered means - I have something to heal. Regardless of his reaction, I will still love him unconditionally.

Thank you so much Pradnyaa, it was really a divine intervention, to listen to you because i was on the verge of giving up, getting disappointed and throw my frustration on myself. I understood , how the ego was playing as it is very subtle. We can't realise the ego aspect, when our emotions become very negative and judgement starts, i got it that it is ego. I did have a small chat with my twin , however i was in shock , i couldn't feel happy or excited like before, he liked my sketches and said " you must try portraits, which secretly i like to learn, but i didn't tell him that. I was wondering why i was numbed out, because there is a lot of expectations to get the love reciprocated in a romantic way, so a normal friend like chat , i couldn't receive well. Now after listening to your video, i feel calmer, hopeful, a little shift that i can somehow manage and come to a peaceful state. Hello ma'am 3-4 days back I've had commented on of your most popular "should we wish our matrix twin birthday or not? " so there I told you how this year getting over with a bit of my ego probably and going ahead and doing what I really wanted to. Thank you!! Divine guided me here! My TF is aware of the connection but doesn’t understand it. He has used the terms push and pull and has told me we have an otherworldly connection. This is third time he has gone no contact with me before was two, three months. This is two years. We met on a karaoke app so it was funny when you said not here to sing songs in the garden lol. We actually met in a song. And after two years of no interaction (3D) he resurfaced recently and liked one of my songs that has tremendous meaning to both of us. I was hurt at first bc how can he like something on social media yet not even think I’m worthy of talking to? I now realize that was my ego. Then I became grateful for the validation that I’m not crazy with all this- feeling his energetic presence all the synchronicities etc...he told me in the beginning that no amount of time or space could deteriorate or destroy the connection we have. I need to trust the process. No I’m not crazy. This connection is very real and I have learned so much since crossing his path 4 years ago. This video helped me so much to surrender and have peace. Hi Pradnya, I am watching this particular recording second or third time now and now it is resonating with me more deeply than before as I am going through the phase where as a runner, I am getting guidance from my higher self to connect with my twin-flame. I am the one who initiated the separation last year in 2023 after I met my twin in person after a long separation. I just strongly felt like running away from him and not hearing or seeing him again, so I blocked him everywhere after a small fight between us. This separation has been particularly hard as very randomly I start having pain in my chest area and then I realize that I am missing my twin too much. This pain magically goes away when I send my twin a message, which he understandably hates as he thinks that I am coming in and out as and when I want, but it feels like this is not in my control😢

Is there a hope that one can make it work with a tf at some point? Work means for me that we don't have to separate, we continue on this journey, we both accept that it is a very different kind of a relationship and we don't try to fit it into any template, we do it our way. In my journey we both have realised that there is more there between us than what we show in our words or behavior, we know that there is always something indestructible all the time no matter what we do, I may chase, then I run, he now doesn't react to this, he just is, then me seeing this feel so much love for him and the need to be closer, he distances a bit but finally we are both convinced of this connection

Work means for me that we don't have to separate, we continue on this journey, we both accept that it is a very different kind of a relationship and we don't try to fit it into any template, we do it our way.--------------------
Thats where we are heading. Slowly. But as a collective or human society, we are not yet there to fully accept people, things the way they are. But we will be there some day.

I have stumbled upon your channel and wanted to say thank you for sharing this very interesting and, possibly, actually NOT possibly..VERY POSSIBLE and apt advice for me at this time in my life.
I had never really heard the term Twin Flame before until I started my own inner work to heal from past traumas and work on letting go of the past (and the fear associated)
I have been practising reliquishing all control to the universe and allowing myself to try and be in the present moment, not stuck in the past, nor agonising over the future. As I began this journey, more and more information about Twin Flames seemed to appear.
I have a question regarding Twin Flames (for anyone reading this, thankyou for taking the time to read my comment)
Does everyone have a twin flame?
And my situation is, well, I have a person who has been in and out of my life for the past ten years.
My brain says no, there is no future with this person, but my heart wants to love his heart.
Also, I think I dreamt of him many years before actually meeting him, although I didn't see his face in the dream, I just get a sense of knowing that it was him.
He is only a little younger than me, not by much though and tonight I decided to consult my Tarot cards and asked how I could support the development of unconditional love energy between us both.
Pradnyaa, thank you for validating the Tarot read for me: the advice was uncannily similar in relation to looking at things from a higer perspective and always leading from the heart with compassion and more importantly, letting go of the fear.
I am still not certain that he is in fact, my twin flame. He can be very unemotional toward me at times, not revealing anything of his feelings until we had what I think was probably our first fight, where he showed some emotion.
Regardless if he is or is not, I am going to take your guidance and the guidance from Tarot. After all, if I can learn to fully accept others from a place of compassion and unconditional love, what a wonderful divine blessing.

There are different theories and perspectives to this.
According to my understanding, every soul has their own polarity higher aspect (twin flame), however every human being has not incarnated here in their current life to meet theirs. One would meet their twin flame -- for this specific journey -- that is fast track to ascension -- only when they are standing at a particular level of soul evolution.
(Eg. Only the students who have passed the secondary school are taken for higher studies. Not all. The remaining are expected to complete their primary and secondary school first before getting into higher studies.)
Similarly - it depends upon the level of soul's evolution - if they are well equipped to take the twin flame path.
Secondly - many twin flames are volunteer souls coming from different star systems. (typically called Star seeds) These souls are already evolved and do not need to be on earth and live human life, however they are here to assist this planet in ascension process and hence have incarnated here at this time as a part of collective mission.

Your brain is your logic - your ego mind.
You heart - is your soul - your inner knowing.
Having a "future" with your twin flame --- this is very tricky, because there are two aspects.
Conventional/earthly aspect - how as a human being we conventionally expect things to unfold in a typical relationship.
Spiritual Aspect - how you as a soul designed your life - along with this person's encounters that will affect your spiritual journey and soul's progress.
Your whole life is intertwined with this person - but may not necessarily unfold - the way YOU want IN A EARTHLY PERSPECTIVE.

Most of them yes. Don't take this negatively - because we take the term ego in a very negative sense.
3d romantic relationships are based on 3d duality. Right-wrong, do-dont, duties expectations give and take responsibilities etc. Nothing wrong with that..but bottom line is they ARE based on those things and they end if those duties/expectations are not fulfilled.
It's not that there is no love between the two mates. But even after that those relationships are still based on the above things. Hope you get the point.
