I have also experienced his higher self talking to me through him. He was once talking about something work related and said "I'm a slow mover, but when I commit I really commit", and I got this intense knowing that it was his higher self telling me to be patient and trust in the process. He also once said "I can be your anchor" when I felt a bit stressed and up in the air. It felt so profound and loving on a whole other level.

Wonderful video! It took me a while to realise that I was dealing with TWO versions of my Twin, and eventually I shifted into the Higher Self mode. I knew without a doubt that my Twin's higher Self was supporting me, without that energetic assurance I almost lost my sanity over what was playing out in the 3D. 😛
Thank you for this, Pradnyaa. Always trust your inner voice and gut feeling regarding your TF. If you listen, his Higher Self will "tell" you what the bigger picture is behind what is happening and/or has happened in the 3D. The 3D events are a trigger for you to discover what you need to work on inside yourself. At times you need the 3D interaction with your TF to see certain aspects of yourself which are "asleep" inside you and probably would not "wake up" to heal if it were not for this interaction.

Yes, I started to do that. As you said, I could bypass his ego, and see what is behind - his soul. I get all sort of messages from him this way. Even through dreams. He is bringing up issues that I need to work on. When that happens, I am able to overcome, let go, and surrender.

This was well said. Last time I spoke with my twin she'd subconsciously admit things without realizing it. After awakening and understanding the connection more, I know how to look past the surface level stuff she says sometimes.
Yes I can sense my DMs higher self intensely. In waking and in sleep… as soon as I interact with him in the 3D I meet with frustration because of his egoic actions.

The fact that the connection is so strong that you feel the healing and communication from the other side, whether your twin still lives in this dimension or not, is so real and true. My journey is almost 6 years old, and even throughout the constant ghosting and pain and a myriad of other stuff connected to him, I have continued to grow and evolve. My twin flame is dating another girl but I still get the love from him, is he confused between me and that other girl? When I proposed him, thinking that he loves me, He said He loves someone else so not to bother him anymore. If he is loving someone else then why I am sensing his love feelings? When you truly surrender, you trust the divine and divine timing and then you don't care about TF, TF's higher self, TF's ego, or whatever. In surrender state, you are just with God, so to speak, and you're completely stripped of ego, fear, doubt, worry, desire. It is just: being and letting be. This is a higher state than 'just' being in this higher self mode, where you still ask questions and want answers.
Very true, however when someone is going SLOWLY thorough this progress - all these steps which are discussed in this video will become a milestone of that bigger understanding. And hence understanding of those steps is important. Someone who is only attached to physicality can not suddenly start accepting and sensing the utmost higher states. They will go through a very slow shift.
@@AwakenwithPradnyaa Oh certainly. It took me 2,5 years. And still every day I need to go from ego to neutrality to this blissful merging with the All and it takes hours. I’m currently trying to find ways to work myself through this hours long process more effectively and more quickly.
I agree, Martine. This video resonated in that it put into clear visualization how I realize I had been interacting with key people in my life for a very long time. I was often sensing and interacting with their higher 5D soul self rather than their 3D actions, which often contradicted their better self. However. In the end this often brought me a lot of heartache and betrayal. I knew it wasn’t wrong to always see someone’s higher self and soul and respond to it. Yet I knew there was a lesson here for me, as I was not meant for continual heartbreak and suffering in this lifetime.
Some of my biggest lessons then came with raising my son as a single mom. He has multiple disabilities and lots of difficult behavioral issues, like aggression and harm. He expresses lots of joy and love, but also lots of difficult behavior. Even though his soul is even older than mine, and his spirit so beautiful, I had to learn how to not pity him, but draw boundaries and expect the best of him.
The hardest thing for me to do in my TF journey early on (before I even learned he was my TF) was to walk away when I was not being treated well in the 3D, even though I knew all the reasons behind his behavior that were outside his control (bc Spirit told me), and how much he loved me. I knew I was slaying a dragon in my ancestral lineage of women who put men first and always were understanding and compromising to the detriment of their own soul and happiness.
I agree this advice can be helpful to someone early in the journey but I think we are meant to integrate the 5D and 3D. We are meant to use our 5D /3D integration to say things like “I love you and I know you’re struggling with X, and would never mean to hurt me. But I cannot have abandonment in my life. I want people around me who keep their word” etc. And to be willing to hold this boundary for the kind of love and energy we deserve as divine feminines. I agree with Martine that in complete surrender all of these 5D/3D distinctions fall away.
Love, the energy of love, is all that matters, and the love for ourselves is the way we teach others to love themselves.

We are anchoring into the 4/5D meaning our bodies have started to hold higher frequencies - so eventually we are are supposed to shift in 5D WITH our physical body. (core part of mission of most lightworkers here) WE ARE TRANSITIONING THERE..I don't know if this transition we will be able to fully witness in this life or not.
But it is essential for all to understand the non-physical aspects of life - and our twin flame is perfectly leading us to those learnings.

A soul is not a twin flame. Soul exists as it own original magnificent energy in even higher dimensions as pure energy. There is no split there and no twin.
All those terms would only apply for their human avatar. Or possibly in 4/5D. Not beyond that.

That’s not ego but I think many who think they’re experiencing this are confusing bpd and npd relationships for the real sacred marriage. God is the holy spirit/soul shared betweenAdam and Eve/Jesus and Mary Magdalene/the 144k couples, and any other humans who are in sacred marriages (most people today aren’t in sacred marriages but that will change.)

For years there was a 5d connection with him but now it has gone silent. He is silent in both fields, I also no longer dream him. What do I do to reconnect with his higher self?
There may be a h reason why you don't feel it. Probably you had to focus on your karmic duties/commitments or this period was about you learning something else which was required.
Else another probability is something is blocking you to connecting from your own inner voice. Your guiding channel is not smoothly performing and hence there is a dificulty in sending your own intuition as we as their HS.
Opening up your heart centre and letting to your inhibitions can help you reconnect.

Thank you for your educational video. Your hair really looks nice when you leave it loose. Since 2012 I started feeling the silver cord from my thymus gland to his. He does send me a lot of love messages through the silver cord, but it is frustrating that he refuses to talk to me in 3D.
So, point on, I noticed that in some of our conversations, saying things that I never told him but wrote it down and said it as affirmations/intensions and he would say it word for word. It would really blow my mind. It happened more than once. It would give me hope and faith that it is my twin flame without a doubt, and I would say thank you and be grateful for the connection. It still hurts but then I look at it as we need to be apart because we need to heal and work on our self because if we were joined at the hip, it would be very distracting, and we would not be able to focus like we need to. We need to keep progressing and in time it will become clear and not to take some of the things said personal. Don't hang onto the negative and see the silver lining.
In my journey whatever I spoke to my TF was actually happened in her life and I knew that it came from my higher self so that I could tell that very confidently. Yes, I completely agree with you that we both have two versions. Yes, I am listening and sensing to my TF's higher self and i always able to connect with my TF's higher self. Telepathy is very much active and intense and strong between us. I am building a good and harmonious relationship with my TF's higher self and it always gives me positive vibes. Some believe one higher self. Some believe in separate.
However I feel it does not matter what the technical theory says. What matters is - are you able to sense the non-physical divine presence and progress further?

Before meeting him even after decades, i used to see my school in the dreams to an exhausting level. And i couldnt realise what needs to be healed or why are these dreams recurring. I talked to few psychics as well. Then i met him.. When i was with him, the dreams totally stopped. Soon into separation, the dreams begun again but this time with him in them trying to guide me to heal something. Recently i got a download through a dream and the scenes from the school time which need to be focussed on. I cried the whole day. Sent my forgiveness to those people who hurt me and the dreams again stopped. Now he's not coming along with my classmates or school. He's again started to appear. Sends messages. Tells me about his life and shockingly, whatever he tells me in the dream for example, " I am going on Monday", from a mutual or somewhere it automatically appears in front of me. He tells me exact dates and days and something he starts that particular date like a job or something. This journey is surreal and beautiful. To be honest, i like this dream version (HS) more than his egoistic self. I love that as well but his HS leaves no stone unturned to show me magic.
She is right. As I have more masculine energy, I say a lot of things to my other self. I told him I don't understand why I am saying all of those words it feels like there is someone inside of me controlling me and I don't know about "HIGHER SELF" today I just know thank you.

The other day, I told my other self I love him so much and be sweet to him, Then after few hours I told him I don't love him anymore then blocked him.

Then at 3am because we live in different countries, I felt him "CRYING"

I remember when my twin moved to a different school in 3rd grade. I remember thinking I didn't know him real well but the day he told thenclass he was leaving my heart felt broken. Then, he moved back in 7th grade and asked my best friend Jenny to be his girlfriend (my name is Jenni also) I remember the moment he asked her I k ew he sns I were connected deeply. He looked tonight at me and gave me this huge grin then asked her out. But mybfewlings weren't hurt, I was just disappointed that then wasnt our time. I'm 42 now and he and I have been together for 2 years once and now he us married. He got married in April (my birthday month) that night even though indidnt know he wasn't getting married he and I met in the Astral dimension and hugged each other and I had to look down because it felt like an orgasm times infinity! Then, I flew through the ceiling and left him standing there. I am doing a lot of inner searching and now activating my energies and I know that because I'm working on myself that he is also and that we are being pulled back together...some day.

I met him early, he was mine neighbour. And i knew what he, at a ver young age. But i choose an other patch and told him to let me go. Ive got live experince to do. And we did. Both in a marriage, childeren. I was the first one to live the live with an other man. But we stayed always in contact. Our parents are stil neighbours. Very complex. Because everbody is etangeld with each other. But he is my biggest gift. And saved my life. I know he is strong enough to free him self. I told him hash words (the truth) and walked away. So basically the route to reunion in 3D is only when the gap is bridge between the higher self and physical self of matrix twin soul . As awaken twin is already aware and ready for it in 3D always. You literally just said something that I’ve been thinking about for awhile - that your twin flame is often acting out a script to trigger you, that they don’t even always know why. The things he’s said and done to me have been so orchestrated and my own actions have felt prompted by something else which orchestrated events in this connection.
This has me questioning the nature of free will but also I honestly don’t feel safe to ever be with him because his higher self could prompt him to say or do something to hurt me.
There’s a theory online that this connection isn’t divine but is designed by a nefarious force to break out, as it embodies the empath narcissistic cycle. There is a need to give OURSEVLES a time to see beyond what we see in the physcial realm. If we can see that, we will come out of this requirement of them respecting us or issues of self worth - we would have already transcended those by then.

I give no energy to a toxic 3D connection which is the lower vibration my twin is currently in. I do not enable him to remain stuck by feeding off my unconditional love in the 3D. Nor do I feel we should romanticise a 3D connection as it is truly so far beyond that. So very few will come into 3D union and it is wasteful of your relationship with God and your inner union with the twin flame energy within to remain codependently or bound in a unholy tie to the 3D twin and delusions of happy endings with them. In most cases - they will guide from the spirit on your journey. The twin flame journey still continues even when they leave the physical and transition into the spirit.
In may twin flame cases, one twin flame is not even incarnating here physically. Their encounter, and complete journey happens in 5D.
Another rare possibilities is - They will come back as a walk-in. (Replacing someone's soul in another adult body.)
It is less likely that they will immediately reincarnate, and their life won't be certain "yet another" mundane life to live on earth. If at all they reincarnate again, there will be a profound reason and right timing for it.

1. Period needed to do inner work. - the duration of separation is decided by WHAT you do in that separation.
2. Karmic contract - setting karmic / Soulmate connections to set the ground in the journey. Your family/kids/partners play a very important role in anchoring you in the matrix life. without that you wont be able to do inner work.
3. One or both are simply not ready.

As you progress in spiritual union (the union of the auric field, etheric bodies and chakra column and the energies of you both within the twin ring which houses this) after about 50% union - the masculine twin will slowly become increasingly conscious of the higher self who they really are, and increasingly open to that. Further more, communicating with the higher self of your twin, loving them, and being close with them will increase the speed that you will raise the frequency of that twin ring and thus raise the level of spiritual union.
Honestly in a little over than a year we went from no spiritual union (because he was possessed and required SRT) to 100% in spiritual union. and these techniques you describe are the ones I used to create this. I cannot recommend these techniques enough guys! Love that energy of theirs that is always around you, the person WILL start feeling that seamlessly (and if you are in separation - this WILL draw them back to you! usually quite quickly - in 8 months for me)
