This is for dual exhaust tips. I'm planning on getting the one for quad tips in the near future, but here's the link to the one I bought. Also, I painted it myself. This doesn't come painted. It should fit your is200t.

Ay much appreciated! It's 5x114.3, 60.1 bore.
Center bore is irrelevant with aftermarket wheels, you'll need hub rings.
