It's always good to have a positive attitude. Having advanced awareness of your Saturn return helps you to be more ready for it instead of being blind-sided by it. I also heard from another astrologer that when Saturn is in its own sign that it enhances the positive aspects of whatever house it transits for you. Otherwise, if it's in a non-compatible sign, it can create more challenges (which Saturn in Sag did for me, because I have my Moon in Sag and therefore often felt a push-pull between wanting to express myself more freely but also needing to attend to very serious home-family-health matters). As Gregory mentioned, Saturn can cause us to feel like we aren't having much fun!

Good advice, Gregory! I am a Virgo and have felt the push-pull conflicting energy of Saturn in Sagittarius the past couple years affecting my Moon in Sag, which caused me to feel partially conflicted between wanting to be more free and expressive but also needing to take care of very important day-to-day home and family responsibilities which took over most of my time more so than in the past ten years. Overall the Saturn-Sag cycle had its ups and downs, but wasn't too bad considering I also experienced Jupiter in Virgo last year so that really helped balance things out. However I am very relieved that Saturn is moving on to Capricorn, because I am very much needing to take that practical action you mentioned and produce something tangible that is aligned with my soul purpose goals.

You get disillusioned just in time to get to work in reality while Saturn is in Cap making hard work rewarded! My Capricorn is in my 5th house as well, so the Neptune and 5h to me both say something about possibly needing to work hard on some sort of creative venture? I just haven't figured it out yet but I'm really beyond hoping that something will come to me. I almost don't care what it is that I do for a living, as long as by the end of this transit I've done SOMETHING that I love and can be on my way at least to making a living at it. This past Saturn in Sag was my return and my Sun sign, along with a couple of other planets so it was a lot of soul-searching but not enough deciding, as you said.
