They have done one heck of a job with these boots. They are build just as well as any of my White's or Nick's boots. Definitely more comfortable. Very limited break in. Thanks for the comment. Enjoy those boots, you won't regret it.
I just got my new drews logger boots and let me tell you the quality is much better than my brand new Wesco boots and they are so much more comfortable I stood in them for 16 hours the first day and if I’d had done that with my Wesco boots I would have been in the bed all day the next day with my back because it was broken several years ago so I can tell you they are worth double the money, and that’s the best compliment I can give, not to mention the customer service at bakers boots , they have a customer for life!!!!
@@maxwellhouseranch1004 brother they went above and beyond what anyone else would have done for me!!! They are building me a pair of them with a wedge sole on the same boot for standing on concrete and can’t wait to get a wedge sole built on the 55 last with all the support

@JustBenInLA Drew's has a line of US made boots as well, they did these boots made in Leon Mexico as an option for folks who needed a quality boot without the extended lead times. These boots are built just as well as any of my other PNW boots, they are also more comfortable.
Nice! I've been waiting for this. You sold me on the black 10" one's. I bought them and have been wearing them everyday for almost 2 weeks.So far they are amazing. No break in hardly compared to my Nick's and Franks. I will say, I think the leather is thinker on the Drew's. The insole is also more comfy. I think it's because they mold the oak tan leather to the last first and then they use a thinker 8oz leather sock liner. I was so impressed that I couldn't help myself and bought a second pair that will hear Friday. Brown 8" like yours except for smooth upper. For the price you can't go wrong. I’m scared about sizing I wear 12 4E in new balance Red Wings or Justin boots or Georgia boots and 11 1/2. However, like Carolina boots or timberlands or something like that I have to work 12 wide I’m afraid to go down a size and a half or would I be OK with 11.5?
I understand hand made in USA they are $300 more Drews us USA martials and labor in Mexico . Grant Stone boots are hand crafted in China but us USA martials
Everyone's feet are different. I am a 10.5d on the brannok scale, I got the 10 D in these and they fit just right for me. I also wear a full cushion Darn Tough sock with them. If your concerned with sizing measuring your feet and call Baker Shoes in Eugene Oregon, they can tell you exactly what size to get. Great group of folk that work there. They own Drew's Boots

I'm glad to hear that, I absolutely agree, if I stood on my new Whites all day I'd be done for. Bakers is a fantastic company with great folks .

I don't recommend that at all, 1/2 size down. No more than that

Frank's Boots makes a logger boot in the U.S. called the Patriot made on the 55 last for the same exact price.
They says size down 1.5 from your sneaker/tennis shoe size. Does that sound right?
