Thank you for talking about this on July 19. I've just listened to it. Well done. Keep up the good work. Kind regards from my sister, the lawyer, and the judge, who are really happy to set the record straight.
The Ventura County District Attorney's office, where my sister, a lawyer, works also confirmed that no case has been referred to them for prosecution because the water had already been paid for by this private company that delivered the water. They only broke state and local rules when it took the water from one district Calleguas Municipal Water District, Ventura County and transported it to Hidden Valley which is in a different water district. He only had to pay for the private investigator. The suit sought an end to the deliveries and reimbursement for the $21,685.55 the district paid to a private investigator. My sister and her husband also live there and they also received water when the wells were empty. It was always paid directly to the same company. It is unclear whether the Selleck’s knew where the water was coming from. They never received a cease-and-desist letter, as the recipients had to sign for it upon receipt.
Thanks for the update!! Another example of main stream media trying to bring down an 80s icon!

Tom Selleck did not drive the truck. He wasn't even there.
