We are already seeing an uptick in inventory in the sunbelt and some other states. Might want to look into that one a bit more.

The only reason that I know that interest rates are going to drop is because I've been laddering CDs for quite a while and have two big ones maturing in August and October. It never fails. 😉

The only thing i will say at some very soon time things have to be done to keep social security. I cant swallow someone with 20 million should get it while a waitress at 49 right now will be told to bad so sad
