You're solid bro! Thankyou nick!
Welcome!
Good stuff as always! Do you care how many ad sets are active at a time (i.e. is there any sort of max)? Or do you just keep every ad set on that's positively impacting the business/performing profitably?
As long as it's positively impacting the business
Hello Nick your videos are great and I learned too much from them. I have a question should I do 1 campaign structure for shoes and sandals or they can be added to different campaigns. Thanks
Same
@@NickTheriot Thanks again :)
bro gave so much value wth
Thank you!
Great stuff as always! Do you ever turn off the first manual adset when it tanks CPA after sometime?
If i have better ads to replace them with overall spend, then yes
@@NickTheriot if i got you right in a previous vid, you said that you dont paste winning ad variation in the main ad set, or did i get smth erong?
I’m running one CBO campaign at around 200-400$/day since a few months and ONLY the original DTC spend money.
I created over 50 new DTC in the last months and not one of them
spend more than 10-20$.
I actually do a lot of research, some of the creative get good result on organic and I feel the creatives are overall WAY better than the old DTC.
The performance of the one old DTC is OK, not good, not bad, but I can’t scale more or results drops. Also, the ROAS is gradually dropping week by week.
However, Facebook never spend in the new DTCs…
What would be the solution in such case? Should I let them run more than 7 days to see if there is more spend? Should I just continue creating more DTC? Should I increase the overall CBO budget anyway to allow facebook to spend more on the new DTCs?
Thank you!
I would be looking at how we've been filming creatives and what can we do differently. Some of the same things have been done that is causing for poor dct's
@@NickTheriotIt’s actually different, new videos, new angle, some photos, etc
They just don’t spend money
Hey Nick, i have a question. Do you also do new campaigns for like diffrent service or products. i am advertising insurance for cars right now but we also want to add another insurance. is it the best to have a new campaign for the other insurance?
I would do a new campaign
Amazing video bro, when do you increase budgets by 20% on CBOs at midnight or during the day? thanks
Whenever I get to the account that day. Depends on what I got going on that day.
Every time that i will test a new ad set with the same content, Should I create on same campaign or I need to create a new cbo?
We have 3 products in same category but different price ranges and different features. Shud we make 3 different DCTOC campaigns or how can be done ?
I would focus on the product that drives majority of sales
Keep up bro 👊🏻
Will do!
love this - any chance you could send the link for the cpa calculator?
th-cam.com/video/QfmJZqL0ews/w-d-xo.html
hi! do you put any minimum budget for the ad sets? or do you recommend doing that?
You can put a $5-10 daily.
Ok what?! I am going to watch this again and take more notes! Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!
Should I setup a different campaign for a sale? Example: black friday sale? Or should i just include in the same campaign
We use the same campaign
hi nick great video, i have a question, what if the new DCT is take up to 70% of more spend, and the old winner now take less than 30%,should i do something to the old winner ? or just left it
Just leave it
how do I ensure lead quality. FB will probs prioritise lower CPL? or just requires checking quality on backend and turning off if quality drops?
Create ads that resonate with ideal audience, measure conversion rate on back end, and then adjust criteria for people to fill out a lead based off feedback
Hey Nick, if we were running a big discount sale to clear a certain SKU and we wanted to implement cost caps, how would you do it?
I don't use cost caps. But i would focus on email / sms for that product and then toss a couple ads live for it as well
what is this insight app that you use where you can see the different channels you are getting revenue from? i am having a tough time with tracking and need help
Triple Whale
Thanks bro! You don’t use “main” adset anymore with winning ads?
Correct
Hey Nick anytime I post a link of my landing page it's saying it goes against the community standards I have read the community standards please any advice about it
Request manual review from fb
I love your content and its really good when you are educational, showing with text step by step ad structur.
Thank you
Welcome!
Hi Nick, I launched one new DCT Adset last Sunday early morning. Now 3 days passed and the DCT got 70% Ad Spend and Sales. But over all Performance tanked.
Should i wait till day 7 oder turn of now and launch 2 new dcts?
I would turn it off since it negatively impacted performance
Hey Nick! Do you work with smaller brands? I've achieved 100k in sales in 2 and half months, things were going great until 3 days ago I got my FB account disabled for good. Now I have to start from zero again on a fresh BM, im not sure what to do and was thinking of going the agency route.
Our rates start off at $10,000 pr/mo so we do but it's not financially feasible for a lot of brands under $100k pr/mo. A lot them go to my mentor program for that reason
How does the day of launch, whether a weekday or a weekend, impact the results?
I don't pay attention to that
Hey Nick
1. Would you still test 4 new DCTs per week even if campaign budget is on the low side like $100+?
2. if a DCT takes up most of the budget, and getting most of the sales. BUT its unprofitable. Would you kill it?
3. if another DCT taking up 20% of spend, but it is profitable. You'll just keep it on right? and then just launch new DCTs to find one that can take up majority of spend and is profitable.
ps: trying to move all my account structure to CBO DCT format. So testing with low budget rn
1. 2-4
2. If business performance is worse than it is now, then yes
3. Yeah you can leave it on
Nick how do you guys purchase ads account as well?
I never do, my clients always come to me with their own ad accounts
How many adsets would you launch on a new campaign? I've done 6 all DCT with 3 creatives but is that too much?
Cool nothing wrong with that. It's already been launched, focus on 2-3 new dct's a week now until you find winners that are profitable
@@NickTheriot Woah that was quick, thank you brother! Much love from the UK, you're the goat
Hi Nick, once a DCT wins, do we convert that into its own ad set with winning variation? Or it should continue to run in same DCT format?
I just leave the dct on
@@NickTheriot thanks man! Just a hack if anyone is looking for this -- make your creatives in 1080*1920 dimension with safe zones and it will work in DCT on all placements stories, reels and posts.
Hey Nick! I just launched a CBO (Lead Gen), got my winning creatives but when I tested those same creatives with Facebook forms instead of a landing page, I got less reach and spend, but got more leads. Didn't change anything with the targeting, again tested a CBO with two creatives.
What would you do in this situation?
I would see which leads convert better into sales, then go all in on that (lead form or landing page)
@@NickTheriot Makes sense. Appreciate you!
Hey nick one more question. You say I should launch 4 DCTs every 7 days. Does it mean, every dct is a variation of a concept so when i put 3 variations of a concept in one dct i launch overall 12 creatives a week?
Every dct is a new concept, iteration, or variation. And there is 3 creatives inside each dct. I can't tell you what you need, as I would have to look through all your creatives and see existing things tested to be able to give you an answer.
@@NickTheriot You say, there are 3 Creatives inside each dct. How is the exactly structure inside a dct for the creatives?
Do i create 3 Ads and every ad has one creative variation? Or do i create one Ad and put all 3 creative variations of a concept in it?
You would help me a lot with an answer :)
Thx
@@viktoralexander4284I believe it’s just one ad with all three creatives in it
Is that feasible if target NC-CPA - 15$?
Yes
Value pack ❤
Thanks
when you say 4 dcts every 7 days, is that 4 new dct campaigns with new sets of creatives?
I never make new campaigns, i keep operating out the same. Just new adsets
