What do you think of Daniel Craig's Bond?
BOND PLAYLIST: th-cam.com/play/PLQHhQlj8i5dp_oymDpZRwVEgCMP9fUpks.html
IMO, I'd say that Daniel's Bond is definitely Darker, Edgy-er and More of a Wild Card than anybody else ever was!
@@tomhoffman4330id say dalton
@@Scottishbondfan Close Second...Craig is more Serious and Intense, while Dalton still managed to have some Fun with His Performances.
@@AnxMa Indeed, HE was "Batman!"
Craig and Dalton probably comes closest to Bond as written by Ian Fleming which to me makes them the best.
"I miss the cold war" is probably my favorite line from the movie. Judi Dench owns that role.
There are smart choices in casting and there are smart choices in casting. This is the latter.
;)
She's so awesome in this role. :D
Beauty standards are very personal, but for me Eva Green's accent, posture and line delivery make her captivating. Her chemistry with Daniel is electric AND playful. If the chemistry isn't there, the whole thing falls apart and they really sell their connection.
That chemistry just wasn't there with Madeline was it really?
Eva is always captivating. Daniel Craig is brilliant. Mads is spectacular of course. Great film. My favourite of the Bond movies.
@@cockshield I definitely think they had some chemistry, just a little more laid back and quieter than his Vesper relationship, like two introverts who got together. The problem was just Eva Green & Daniel Craig as Vesper & a newer 007 set the bar so high, you really can't compete.
I'm glad they didn't try to just copy Vesper though, nobody could pull off that mix of verbal sparring and vulnerability that Eva Green brought.
Eva Green is her own beauty standard.
I first saw her in The Dreamers (2003)
"Now this movie hates balls!"
Weird line but the passion it was said was magnificent.
The follow up of "I hope his balls are ok" was chef's kiss
when she said it, i died LOL
😂 it’s nice to see a woman who likes balls…
25:45 The martini that Bond orders in this scene is the exact recipe that Bond orders in the original book Casino Royale by Ian Fleming. While Lillet (a type of aperitif) is still made, Kina Lillet (which Bond specifies, so named because it contains quinine) no longer does, having been reformulated in 1985, so to have Bond request it in 2006 is anachronistic but clearly a loving wink & nod to the novel.
The car crash and ball torture scene was in the novel too.
Other similarities, Le Chiffre had lost a bunch of his client's money (the client in the book being the Soviet organisation Smersh, or Smiert Spionam, meaning death to spies). And Vesper killed herself in the end leaving a suicide note confessing to being a spy. Bond's words "The bitch is dead" is the very last sentence of the book.
I feel like you accidentally left one last little bit of info out about the drink, Bond in the film says off-handedly to Vesper “I’ll have to think of a name for that.” The cocktail recipe that Fleming wrote into the novel became referred to as The Vesper or a Vesper Martini when people ordered it in real life after the book was out.
When I make mine I use 100 proof vodka and add a dash of angostura bitters to more closely replicate some of the old Kina Lillet bitter flavour. It's a strong drink.
Jen you do realize that you've gone from "Does James Bond sleep in pajamas?" in Dr. No to "I hope his balls are alright?" in Casino Royale?
I'm so proud of you.
🤣
2 things: 1. I'm surprised you didn't catch the reference when Vesper said "I'm the MONEY" and Bond replied with "Every PENNY of it"
2. In previous Bond movies, the game of choice was Baccarat, but the producers of this movie changed in to poker because they figured more people could follow it.
Oh I honestly didn't make the MoneyPenny connection until right now, reading this comment
@@jenmurrayxoa lot of people don't make that connection 😅
@mikerhodes8454 who plays Baccarat anyway ? 🤷♀ not to be confused with Burt BACARACH who actually composed the score for the original Casino Royale ' 67 the hot mess version 🤦♂
Now that you mention it i notice the moneypenny reference now
and i did catch a few others notably the vodka martini line '' Do i look like i give a damn ?''
this was a banger of a movie i love how it's a darker version of Bond which was much needed after the Brosnan years
Yes yes and the sly nods throughout and at the end of it all instead of placing it at the beginning
Bond .JAMES Bond !😉
@@jenmurrayxo Somewhere, Lois Maxwell is smiling.
@@harveylee51 Rich people. Rich people play baccarat.
Did you notice that the official James Bond theme never played until the final scene. When he introduces himself to Mr White. Throughout the film we see young James make mistake after mistake & he never introduces himself in his iconic fashion. James is young & more of a blunt object rather than a precise surgical killing machine. The Director did that intentionally with the music at the end. To show the audience that after Vesper’s death, now, James finally has become the man/agent we all know. He finally becomes James Bond, hence the music playing in full & the proper introduction.
This is directed by Martin Campbell who also directed Goldeneye which is probably why its so damn good..lol
One of the darkest James Bond movies ever made.
Henry Cavill, Sam Worthington, Matthew Rhys, Rupert Friend, Clive Owen, Hugh Jackman, Dougray Scott, and Julian McMahon were considered for 007 James Bond until Daniel Craig was cast.
i still think HENRY c ould stil be a v good Bond and backthen HUGH J was a fave i would have liked, I think hes done wth physical stunts now imo
Jason Issacs was always a dark horse choice for my money ...or Cillian Murphy
Henry Cavill even did screen tests
Henry was the runner-up
Cavill looked the part, but like Brosnan, that’s it. If they did a documentary about Bond with re-enactments, he would have been perfect. He’d look the part on the movie poster, but in terms of capturing the character from the books, I doubt it. This generation grew up with Pierce, so they want that kind of Bond. They want Marvel Bond.
37:11... "I hope his balls are okay." HAHAHA!! That made me laugh hard. Just an FYI. No spoilers, but the five Daniel Craig films are all tied together like one long storyline that slowly unfolds. There's a lot more going on than is revealed in this film. Looking forward to seeing your reactions to the next four.
Jen! You are doing such a great job and are definitely one of the very best movie reaction channels. Thank you!!!!
Whole Heartedly Agreed...and I Thank Her too!💝
Thank you! ☺️👍
Jen: "I'm worried about our Bond. He had his heart broken and his balls smashed." 😂
The guy Bond chases across the construction site is Sébastien Foucan. He invented parkour. His acting aint half bad either.
Definitely, his acting was excellent!
I beleive David Belle invented Parkour while Foucan invented Free Running.
@@nluna75 If you want to see Parkour galore 😆 then check out District 13 and of course David Belle showcasing his incredible skills in that one
What an amazing way to reboot the series Daniel Craig is just Brilliant in this being more true to the original character of 007 in what is IMO one of the best movies of the series .
CHEERS .
@@harveylee51 I've seem Distrcit B13 and its sequel as well as it's remake. Belle is awesome.
@@nluna75 I'll have to check out both the sequel and the remake as well , have an awesome day mate !✌
The whole theme doesn't play until the end. I've always loved that.
One of the most anticipated reactions of the year. This is one of, if not the best bond movie ever, I remember when Daniel Craig was casted to play James Bond a lot of people didn’t like that idea but once this movie came out they changed their minds and he became a lot of people’s favourite bond.
@@Christopher28fair nope. Most people like his version of Bond, just as much as the others.
"I'm famished." 34:40 Nobody uses that word anymore. It's a great word!
I knew you'd love the new Bond! You had fun again, and another score to love. (You're gonna love the ones to come and the intro songs!) You are correct the new Bond movies are MUCH darker, which is fine. It gives them more seriousness. There is a lot on the line. It seems more realistic!
As I always say watching you react is SO fun. You really enjoy the movies you watch!
Welcome to the "Dark Age" of Daniel Craig as Bond...James Bond!💘 Once more, R.I.P. to Chris Cornell, and "Thanks" for giving Us one of the Best Bond Songs Ever: "You Know My Name" still Rocks today!👍
Oh my God I love your props. The stacks of cash was awesome but the bow tie definitely made this video!!! I've watched a dozen people react to this film. Your reaction is the best so far. Keep 'em coming!
Thank you! ☺️👍
I love her enthusiasm enjoying the Bond movies...the Daniel Craig era is soooo awesome.and action packed! Waiting for the next ones...btw, SKYFALL is incredibly good!
Trust me when I tell you that this film gets better with repeated viewing. And I listen to the score all the time in the car. Can't get enough of it! ♠️♣️♥️♦️🚙🇬🇧
Like how they included Bond's recipe for the Vesper martini word for word from the book. Nice touch.
For me, the best of the Craig Bonds! Now Jen has a prop for every Bond moment - a stash of cash, a bowtie, a glass of champers...😊
No Moneypenny, but we have our own JennyPenny. A constant in a world of change. So pleased you enjoyed DC as Bond - he's my personal second. Sean will always be the GOAT.
37:10 -- That should be on more postcards. "Thinking of you. Hope your balls are okay."
IMO, the best of Craig's stories... they are a mixed batch, but when he is good, he is very good
I love that we only get the bond theme at the end of the theme when he’s finally the bond we know
The man Bond was chasing who was "parkouring all over the place", Sebastian Foucan, was on the _original_ parkour team alongside Parkour's founder, David Belle. He is credited with inventing the term "free running" as well (though that made him controversial with most people in the parkour world as nobody really thought of it as a seperate discipline, just as a seperate subset of the discipline with a slightly different but muddy philosophy. They likened it to just a marketing tactic).
probably the most prepared reactor for this movie, watched every bond movie, including the 60s casion royale one, plus all the austin powers movie.
I love that they didn’t just start the movie with all the tropes. They gradually built them throughout and climaxes with his ‘Bond, James Bond’ and then the full power of the original song.
Even the car he drove in the beginning was a subversion. People were pissed that he started the movie driving a Ford.
Hi, Jen. Daniel Craig's intensity reminds me of Timothy Dalton's performances. This film is one of my favorites of the series.
Casino Royale is such a fantastic film, not just one of the best in the series, but legitimately one of the best action films ever made, and exactly what was needed after the over-the-top excess of Die Another Day. It's fantastically well-written and unique in its structure, devoting the entire midsection to a poker game, having the villain be killed off way before the end of the film, and instead making the third act a big tragic romance. Bond and Vesper have one of the best relationships in the series, you truly buy their chemistry and believe in their romance to such an extent that, despite this blatantly being Bond's origin story, you end up _not_ wanting him to become the man we know him as. The film does a fantastic job at humanising Bond, and allowing Daniel Craig to give a phenomenal performance that immediately silenced his naysayers. The rest of the cast are fantastic too, Eva Green's Vesper is one of, if not the best Bond women in the series, Mads Mikkelsen is a formidable villain, and Judi Dench is as delightful as ever. Add onto that some of the most awesomely brutal (and brutally awesome) action scenes in the series, and a killer David Arnold score that manages to retain that traditional Bond sound without using the Bond theme itself until the very end, and you have a genuine masterpiece.
You're in for a treat with the Daniel Craig era, it's very different to what's come before - a lot darker, more introspective, and with way less of the traditional silliness associated with the series - but it's always really interesting to see unfold in front of new eyes
I think Casino Royale embodies everything i wanna see in a Bond Movie. A cool and masculine and charming James Bond, a smart and witty female counterpart like Vesper who also has weaknesses (a characteristic you wouldnt see in todays Hollywood), cool Action, good Music, a great Villain like Mads Mikkelsen, cool Locations. I could go on, definitely one of the best Bond Movies for me. I also think because it is based on James earlier years as a 00 Agent, Vepsers death made him even more distant and detached to Women later on but that is just a guess.
Sébastien Foucan was one of the Inventors of Parcour, at the time he was clear one of the best in the World and it was so cool to see it in the Movie.
What i like about you and your reacts...is that you do also comment on the score that is so so important...you are so musical Jen..loving it..of course all the explosions, stacks, champagne, but that you do love music so music so much, makes them so much interesting...have a great Sunday..Neighbour from the East
The guy Bond is chasing is played by Sébastien Foucan, and he's the founder of freerunning. That's why his parkour is top notch :3
You should REALLY watch Layer Cake- it was almost DC’s audition for Bond but is as clever as knives out and as gritty as this bond!
Love your reactions as always!
In that case you should react to TWIN TOWN which is the movie that catapulted dougray Scott and rhys ivans to world acclaimed it even has theon greyjoy uncle has the director and his dad as the farmer who eats the magic mushrooms his sister Lilly allen who's a famous singer in the UK is in the movie when she was 10
14:15 Body Worlds was an actual museum exhibition that toured museums throughout North America in the 00s. It was extremely popular.
Welcome FINALLY to the Craig Era! Ever since you started all the way back at Dr. No, I have been waiting for this moment. I hope you enjoy the ride and we all will watch with you.
Great reaction Jennypenny. Vesper is my second favorite Bond Girl.
When Eon finally got the rights to Casino Royale, (the first Bond novel), after years of legal wrangling with Kevin McClorry, they decided to reboot the franchise, and start Bond at the beginning of his 00 career. It made for a phenomenal movie.
The decision to not play the Bond theme fully until the end was to signify that that was when he became the Bond that we know.
No spoilers for Quantum, but it will be interesting to see how you will react to it without having to wait 3 years for it to come out. I think the wait had an effect on how some of us long term fans reacted to it when it finally came out.
Again, great job by the best reactor on TH-cam.
That's incorrect, the rights to Casino Royale were owned by Sony who exchanged the rights with MGM for the rights to Spider-Man in 1999. The rights to the organisation SPECTRE and the character of Ernst Stavro Blofeld were tied up in McClory's estate due to the issues surrounding the Bond novel Thunderball. MGM regained the rights to these in 2013 after McClory died in 2006.
Was waiting for this since you started the franchise. Great reaction!
This movie does a masterful job of subverting expectations set up by classic Bond (the “car chase” that last seconds before he crashes to avoid Vesper) while also breathing new life into the property and keeping Bond a suave badass.
it's been such a jorney to finally reach Craig bond, thank you so much for following up the whooole thing!
What better way to re-introduce the world's most famous movie character than a song called 'You Know My Name'!! Criminally underrated theme song! 🇬🇧🇨🇦
"Hope his balls are ok, geez"
Words Jen thought she'd never say on youtube. 🤣
Hi Jen, i'm glad you're enjoying these movies so far. just to avoid confusion, the Daniel Craig Bond films take place in a separate timeline universe to all the others before them. Judi Dench plays a different incarnation of M in the Craig versions.
I couldn't wait for your reaction. This is my all time favorite Bond movie.
Awww... my favourite exchange got missed out, "How was the lamb?" "Skewered. One sympathises."
When this came out, I'd only seen Craig in Road to Perdition. I was on the fence about a blonde Bond, but he is fantastic; my second favorite after Connery.
About time!-this was the first 007 novel and most of the key elements were from the original source(the torture and "The b*#%* is dead" line for example...)-David Arnold deliberately witheld the Bond theme and used splices on the character's developments( the card game, tuxedo scene...) and in the end credits-the theme was played in full signaling 007's final evolution to his hard, cold and brutal origin.
Can't wait for you to watch "Skyfall".
I remember back then a new Bond movie. I knew who Daniel Craig was and I was thinking he would be a good Bond. Then the trailer came out and I was like what if the chances of me thinking that and got chosen for the role. Chris Cornell was one of my favorite singers. His band was Soundgarden and Audioslave and under his name too. I seen him live when he was with Audioslave. They were amazing live. R.I.P. to Chris
Yassss im so excited you have the best reactions ❤❤❤
“This movie hates balls” 😂 The funniest thing I have ever heard.
I own multiple copies of most Bond films. I own practically every Bond game and I've read some of the Bond books. I'm 37 now and Ive eagerly watched the movies in theaters as they've come out since goldeneye.
I bring all this up because I've never been as excited for any of that than I am right now seconds away from watching Jen react to the last era. I don't know anyone in my personal life that just gets the bond series like she does. It's been a really fun ride 😊👍
Thank you! ☺️👍
I also watched them all in my teens. Neighbours of my best friend had them all on VHS. I had seen all the Connery Bonds at the point and License to Kill and that helped to fill in the gap of all the Moore movies we still had back then of which I had only seen "The Spy who loved me" and "Moonraker". From License to Kill onward I watched them all in theaters, even though I was technically 4 years too young to be officially allowed to watch "License to Kill" when it came out.
I'm currently on my ultimate project: Watching each of them in the year of its 50th Anniversary. "Live and Let die" is due this year. It'll be interesting how far I will make it before I die.
If I'm lucky I'll live long enough to see the 50th Anniversary of "Tommorow never dies" or "The World is not enough", but I assume this is probably the furthest I will progress.
"I hope his balls are ok...Geez" 😅😂😅😂😂😅😂
Love your enthusiasm for a series I've been a fan of for more than 50 years!!! Interesting to await/anticipate your first-time reactions to upcoming events in the films that I already (having seen each of these 007 epics multiple times) am aware that will transpire. Very worthy videos---well done Jen!!!
No matter how many times I watch the torture scene, I always can't help but wince in sympathy.
This was a smart change of direction for the franchise. The whole "world ending stakes" market was about to be completely taken over by superheroes. As cool as the gadgets were, most of them would make Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark roll their eyes and call them cute. So going in a similar direction as Mission: Impossible and the Bourne movies was smart and much more faithful to the source material. After Die Another Day went over the top and tumbled down the other side, a full reset was in order.
And this change in direction, from world ending stakes and super-gadgets to focusing more on personalized plots and great fights, helped age the franchise _really_ well, as the third movie came _just_ before the John Wick-led action renaissance in Hollywood.
The franchise would've been dead in the water if they were going the world ending route right as the MCU and X-Men movies were dominating that market. And if they didn't show they had anything worth offering in fight choreography and set pieces after the John Wicks and all the Wick copycats, nobody would've showed up to watch when they knew they could get better elsewhere. Nobody wanted more Taken 3-style fights after 2014.
Great reaction Jen. This one is probably my favorite Daniel Craig Bond film, but I enjoy them all. Soundgarden is one of my all time favorite bands, so I really enjoy the Chris Cornell theme song to this one.
I loved your little dance to the 007 theme at the end! Lol! 😉
He had his heart broken and his balls smashed. I'm dead. Hahahahaha!
Very observant about the sparsely used Bond Theme. It was done deliberately. It slowly builds throughout the movie and plays at the end to follow the first time Bond says "the" famous introductory line.
Yes. Casino Royale was the first bond novel. Le Chiffre (The Cypher) adopted that name because at the end of WWII, he was or claimed to be amnesiac. He was in a refuge camp until he received a Statelsss passport and went underground. Fleming's novel also featured an extended deep explanation of the strategy and philosophy of poker. Le Chiffre's choice for Bond was a carpet beater, rather than a bell on a rope. Vesper pretended to be tortured. Bond later noted a small cut on the back of one ear where she drew blood to smear on her legs to suggest an assault on her genitals.
A "silencer" is misnamed. It is actually a suppressor. It does not silence a firearm. It makes far more noise than the "phut" in movies. It would be distinctly heard, for instance, in another room or over the noise of a crowd. You also pay a considerable price in performance. The classic hitman handgun is a 22 automatic with a suppressor. Revolvers are rejected because of the noise of the inevitable gas leakage around the cylinder. So there is still the mechanical noise of the action. The ammunition chosen is .22 short or a special low noise round. The effective range is inches, which is okay, since the purpose is to kill face to face with a minimum of noise, and there is indeed little noise when all that is properly chosen.
Bond had an automatic defibrillator, an AED. You and everyone else should familiarize yourself with them. They are mounted on the walls of most public buildings. They are simple. Electrode placement is not critical. The device instructs you by voice, and it will only fire on a cardiac rhythm that can be converted. Bond would not have pushed the button to fire. That's automatic. They are on reasonably firm ground with digitalis. ventricular fibrillation, a convertible rhythm, is one possible event in digitalis overdose. It's not too farfetched that they could have put enough digitalis in his drink, but realistically, he should have finished the drink.
All of your viewers consider you our Bond girl❤️👍💕
"Look what a viewer sent me" - casually holds up $10k 😂
In the books M's real name is revealed to be Sir Miles Messervy. The abbreviation is a callback to the original chief of the Secret Intelligence Service, Sir Mansfield Smith-Cumming, who used to sign his letters with a "C" in green ink.
From when I was a young kids I always just assumed that there had been a succession of agents who continued on the 007 status (hence different actors) and that whoever took on that role also took the name James Bond.
I've watched all of your Bond reactions and they're so much fun! Thanks for doing them all in order. It makes a massive difference.
Saw this 4 times at the cinema when it came out. I thought I was going to hate it, I was a massive Brosnan fan, but I went and it blew my mind! The 2nd time I saw it, when it got to the torture scene, I looked around the cinema and you could see every guy cringe in sympathy pain!
And probably every woman chuckle...
@@Cheepchipsable I showed the movie to my girlfriend, a few months ago, and even she cringed at it, hahaha.
That was such a great reaction! Thank you! Daniel Craig’s bond definitely took the franchise in a new direction, but it became modernized & smarter. Live it! BTW, that new martini he concocted mid- movie is known as the ‘Vesper Martini’ 🍸 & its awesome!
I've been waiting for this reaction, didn't disappoint!!! I was brought up on and loved the old style Bond movies, but the Daniel Craig ones bring him bang up to date. Fave bond movie, fave reactor, what a treat!! Thank you!!
If you want to see more of Craig, I highly recommend Layer Cake. It's a British neo noir gangster film and is the movie which convinced the producers to cast him as Bond.
Brilliant stuff as always Jen!
Plus I love how youtube's "system" has resulted in you having to mute every time M says "what the hell is he doing?", kind of implying she's saying something much worse lol.
Judi Dench, more like Rude-i Dench!
All of the things censored over the past few weeks, but the ball torture scene made it through. Sound included. 🤣
Stacks and stacks Jen 😂. This is my favorite modern bond movie his password was Vesper
Hey Jenny Penny! Been waiting for this Bond reaction. GREAT job as always. Your reactions are better than ASMR! Keep posting. LOVE what you do!!!
"I hope his balls are OK" is probably the best piece of commentary you've made.
“This movie hates balls,” is great commentary.
Was so excited to watch you enjoy this new bond version!! You make me laugh so much!
I think in theory, this should have been the first film in the saga before Sean Connery's Dr. No, but the production couldn't get the rights in the 60s, until several decades later, until the 2000s. Casino Royale is Ian Fleming's first James Bond novel.
OOOOOOOOOoooooh! This arrived in my feed at exactly the right time. Looking forward to it.
Writing this before I even watch it. I just got to work on an overnight shift. I know what I'm watching first. Been waiting a while for this one. Glad you finally made it around to Daniel Craig. Can't wait to see you're reaction to his Bond and the other movies.
Jen:: "He's parkouring all over the place!!"
(Bond slams body into metal roof)
Jen: "Bond not so much but he's on him" XD
Just a quick note about silencers for guns. They don't work nearly as well as the ones made by Hollywood. Yeah, the gun is still quite loud.
Great reaction / review as always. Every Daniel Craig, Bond film, is outstanding.
As we say in Texas; y'all be safe.
"Well, this would be why he doesn't trust women." Yup, Vesper was one of the 2 most pivotal women in Bond's life. I'm glad they kept that cold line, "the bitch is dead" from the novel. They kept the 'ball games' too, a scene which caused much crossing of legs. Though IIRC Le Chiffre used a carpet beater in the book. Ouch.
First reaction I’ve seen to pick up on the Bond theme being slowly built up and teased throughout the movie until the final reveal. All that prep work paid off!
I adore the writing of the first introduction of Vesper, it's fantastic dialogue.

27:41 can this girl fight at all? I don't I don't think so.
28:25 looks dapper
28:47 bow tie, off.
29:19 it'll be Bond
30:30 she's also pissed.
30:59 Felix! 💪 CIA!
31:05 Felix Leiter
32:08 it is poison!
32:27 HO - LY CRAP.

43:16 oh God. Jesus. You're done for now.
43:27 Yes 💪
Jen as a lifetime Bond lover I think of these Bond's as a reboot yes but they also hit the beats of the previous Bond movies. Craig coming outta the surf is reminiscent of Hallie Berry coming out of the surf, and him " saying he loves her" ala On Her Majesties Secret Service. Little easter eggs throughout all Daniel Craigs set of movies.
Awesome reaction as usual :)
My favourite Bond movie and probably one of my top 5 movies of all time. It's just so well done, even the following Craig movies for better or worse had very tough competition.
Nice review again Jen. Casino Royale is one of the best Bond films, sadly for me this is as good as it would ever get during the Craig era, although Skyfall is also fairly good. I'll be interested to see what you think of the other films left to review, particularly No Time to Die (which I absolutely hate!)
In my humble opinion, Mads Mikkelsen plays the best Bond villain ever.😊
With you on that one 🤘.
Respect your opinion, but I don't know, Christoph Waltz kills it in everything he's in, and his more personal hatred for James was deliciously evil. Le Chiffre by comparison seemed to only come head to head with Bond directly in poker.
You've become my favorite film reaction channel on TH-cam. You get so freaking excited about every film and just enjoy them all the way they were meant to be. Reminds me of the first time I saw all of these. I get the same way when I watch new films. Like a new little treasure every time. Keep up the good work.
I was lucky enough to see this movie at the Sydney Opera House with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra playing the soundtrack live. One of the best experiences ever.
One of my favorites. Craig's first two are so nostalgic for me.
Bond falling in love: that’s the Bond of the original novels…he always fell in love with the leading lady😊
Jen - "I hope his balls are ok!" LOL!!!!!! I don't think I've EVER heard anyone say that before!
"The name's Bond, James Bond" unleash the THEME
Jen I've been loving your Bond reactions and am so glad you're finally on my favorite of them all (along with The Living Daylights)!
All of Jen's fans have been waiting for this one! :)
I know you meant it seriously but the way you said, "hope his balls are okay, jeez ..." made me laugh. And I appreciate how loud you were when you discovered Vesper betrayed James. Don't mess with angry Jen!
Favorite Bond girl... The pakour guy at the beginning is Frenchman Sebastien Foucan, the founder of freerunning and one of the first to do parkour. (Parkour is from French word parcours).
