Phones were so much more fun back then. Lots of models to choose from. Times were simpler back then. I even set up my iPhone to ring the old Nokia tune and Nokia incoming message alert.
I got to say the do really a good job. I remember back in the days this was main concurrent of N-Gage and 6600. Now when i had a chance to try it i got to say i am quite impressed. Solid build quality, lots of features out of the box, option to reinstall OS in home, lots of mods for OS, option for high overclock, stereo Mp3.....All of this is missing in N-Gage, 6600 even in later released 7610.
The part with numeric keys and letters was incredibly impractical and difficult to get used to . transmitting sms was almost torture . there was no humour except that it looked different .
I never re-flash my phones, unless its really needed, to keep them "authentic". The phone was bought from former Siemens executive, it was test phone in their office in Germany and he kept it when he leave company. I also notice that headphones are different, then my other SX1 McLaren but i thought that it has different ones because it is special edition. Maybe i was wrong and those are either some prototypes or indeed non-original one. It is my mistake, i will show proper ones when i unbox McLaren edition ;).
@@user1101-v1k OMG how did I miss this....Now when I think about it, there is not a single Siemens model with 3.5mm jack. Thanks for the observation ;).

Although I haven't used it yet, and Siemens phones are hard to find in my country, but looking at the interface I guessed it ran Symbian OS.
