This is one of the perfect loft type I’ve seen. The room on the groundfloor will best for elders. Bathroom at loft will give comfortability for peeing at night time. Love it.😍 Can you make like this in a double attached type house, and service area at the back?
Very nice! However, the volume of storage space is absolutely insufficient. The upstairs wardrobe is barely enough for one person (although the bathroom could be proper wardrobe), let alone most people have not only clothes but a LOT of other stuff which needs cabinets, shelves etc. It's a nice space, but kind of unrealistic in this setup, even as a weekend house you probably need more storage.
My wife and I bought our property in Villa De Minalin in Manalin Pampanga and we are very interested in this build. Could you give us a contract price for complete turn key build with all furniture and appliances as in the video. Everything exactly as shown from shelving to flooring..
