Great living room - width enough to arrange furniture to allow for facing each other. But the b&t needs to be adjacent to bedrooms and I would like to see the fridge out of view (somehow) of the LR. I’d probably either expand the footprint a meter in width or make this a 1 bed house with the t&b upstairs. That would allow a utility/storage space on the main floor next to the kitchen. These plans are great fun to look at and think how they might suit my needs. Keep up the good work!

Wow I really love the design of the house in and out kaya lang sana meron bathroom upstairs. I love it also na meron space sa front and back and sa side para may space for gardening.
* pwede po magpagawa ng design? Lot area po is 5x15 meters and presently meron na nakatayo na mga paupahan na kwarto ang size po is 4x15 meters. I want to put a second floor para tirahan namin and maybe some space sa baba but keep some of the rooms downstairs para paupahan pa din. I’d like to have space like this also in the front at back para open lang and pwede makatanim. Thank you!

Yellow po! Pwede po magrequest ng 2/3 storey house design for a 40 sqm lot area? Yung may one bedroom po sa ground floor, tapos 2-3 bedrooms sa 2nd floor, and toilet and bathroom for each floor. @@georgierojas3302 kung hindi po kayo mag firewall both side Mam need po ng malaking area po for 24sq.m,. kasi may setback papo yan minimum is 3meters in front and 2meters back, and 2 meters also on both side,... kung ang lupa nyo po Mam is 24 sq.m advice ko po is mag provide nalang ng firewall bothside to maximize the area po Thanks😊😊😊
