There are disks that are called Multi Wave Oscillator antennas available on Etsy. Just ask the vendor to design with a 3/8th inch hole in the center. Assemble as normal, and then place on a fan and tighten the knob. There are 4-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch. A standing fan such as the Lasko brand is big enough for the 12-inch disks. The bigger the plate, the stronger it will be. But even the 4-inch plates work great. If two plates are used on the same fan, face them in opposite directions for a greater impact. Sitting between two fans can be quite awesome. Putting the fan on oscillate appears to create a greater effect as well. The energy actually goes around the world, so not only will you feel benefits, but so will your neighbors and their neighbors and so on. I let mine run 24 hours a day. The plastic fan blades can be cut off with a very sharp scissors if you don't want the cooling effect of the fan. Walmart has a $15 scissors made by Westcott that is very sharp.
