    Question: I have a 1999 54 ft boat that has a GUEST Dynaplate previously used probably for Loran. The single 8 AGW goes only to the helm and sits unconnected. Should I connect the Dynaplate to the bonding system, which has been completely repaired?

      The Dynaplate is used for lighting purposes; it should also be connected to the boat bonding system
