- 캠핑에서의 밤이 지나고 따사로운 햇살이 가득한 낮이 왔어요. 활기 가득한 캠핑에서의 낮엔 어떤 요리들이 우리를 기다리고 있을까요? 속을 든든하게 해주는 쇠고기카레부터 야외에서는 빠질 수 없는 대파라면, 레스토랑에서 먹는 것보다 훨씬 맛있는 바질페스토 감바스, 채끝살 스테이크까지! 밤과는 또 다른 캠핑장에서의 낮, 지금 시작할게요!
After the night at the campsite, a warm sunny day has come. What dishes are waiting for us during the day on this lively camping trip? From beef curry that fills you up to green onion ramen that you cannot miss, to basil pesto gambas that are much more delicious than in a restaurant, to strip loin steak! The night has now past at the campsite. Now let's start our day at the campsite!
🏕[쇠고기 카레라이스] -2~3인분
재료 : 쇠고기(채끝살 또는 안심) 200g, 감자 (중간크기) 2개, 당근 1개, 양파 1개, 단호박 1/3통, 시판용카레가루 (100g) 1봉지, 물 4컵, 우유 1/2컵, 버터 1큰술, 식용유약간
1. 쇠고기는 키친타올에 올려 핏물을 빼고 한입크기로 자르고 양파는 얇게 채를 썰고 감자, 당근, 단호박은 사방 2센치 크기로 잘라주세요.
2. 달군 팬에 기름을 두르고 쇠고기를 넣고 약간의 소금과 후추로 밑간한 후 살짝 익혀주세요.
3. 새로 달군 냄비에 버터를 넣고 양파를 넣어 10분간 중약불에서 볶다가 감자, 단호박, 당근을 넣고 2분정도 볶고 물을 넣은 후 뚜껑을 닫아 10분정도 끓여주세요.
4. 찬물 1/2컵에 풀어놓은 카레가루를 넣고 잘 저어준 후 소고기를 넣고 끓이다가 우유를 넣어 농도를 맞추고 불을 꺼주세요.
5. 그릇에 밥을 담고 카레를 올려주세요.
🏕[Beef Curry with Rice] 2~3servings
Ingredients : 200g Beef, 2 Potato, 1 Carrot, 1 Onion, 1/3 Sweet pumpkin, 100g Curry powder, 4 cups of water, 1/2 cup of milk, 1tbsp Butter, Cooking oil
1. Put the beef on a kitchen towel to drain the blood and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then shred the onion thinly, and cut the potatoes, carrots, and the Kabocha squash (pumpkin) into 2cm cubes.
2. Grease a heated pan with oil, season the beef with a little salt and pepper, and slightly cook it.
3. Put butter in a freshly heated pot and stir-fry onions on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Then stir-fry the potatoes, Kabocha squash (pumpkin), carrot for 2 minutes, add water, and cover to boil for 10 minutes.
4. Add the curry powder that has been dissolved with a 1/2 cup of cold water and stir well. Then add beef and boil. Add milk to adjust the thickness and turn off the heat.
5. 5. Put rice in a bowl and pour the curry on top.
