You did with logs what I did with planks lol!!! I bought 100 stacks of planks from the store, took the vehicle hauler over there and loaded it down with planks. glad I'm not the only one who figured out a creative way to move stuff that isn't really meant to go onto trailers..
I have been attacked on the ranch by a wolf before. I was getting out of my car and he was right there. I'm a bad shot so it took a minute. And congrats from going over 500 subs to 2,800 when I watched this video. You are growing fast! I'm a pluviophile which is a person who loves rain and feels peaceful when it rains. So this game is perfect for me to distract from my RL health issues. So hopefully the developers will make it a toggle for those of us who love the rain. The building is looking GREAT!
Thank you so much for your support! It's amazing to see our community grow so quickly. I'm thrilled the game helps you find peace and distraction. Your feedback about the rain feature is valuable!
I played this game a number of years ago and got killed by something on my property... thought it was a bear but my memory is vague. I just picked up the game again yesterday, and I've been enjoying your videos. I am not a creative person, and I love your designs and ideas. It's really helping me to learn the game and plan out my farm. Thanks so much for sharing your ideas and tips. And don't worry about constantly dropping whatever you're picking up. (I do it too!)
Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to hear that my videos are helping you with your layout design. Keep at it, and enjoy building your farm! Have a great weekend! Drop by my discord and say hello sometime!👋
Thank you, my friend. I appreciate your support, and yes, absolutely at least 2 table saws for sure. I'm looking forward to seeing how your Farmer's Life series playthrough continues 😀 ! Thank you again!
Great series! I can't wait to see how this all unfolds!! I love listening to you, so relaxing and attentive. I love that you don' t use any cussing! Lol🤭
Thank you for your support! It means a lot to me that you're enjoying the series and find my videos relaxing. I appreciate you taking the time to leave such a lovely comment!
I know I am not alone when it comes to wolves attacking so close to home! Hope you tune into the new season starting Monday, May 20th. Live 1 hour episodes airing Monday and Wednesday at 6 pm est. Appreciate the comment, and have a great day!
-Being attacked by a wolf on the ranch is new to me, but facing bears at the hardware store or at one of the oil wells ... well, it's quite easy to get the rifle if they throw themselves at you. :D I hope it was only a fluke, an irregularity. Since predators attack the deer, I wouldn't be surprised to have a fox, bear, wolf snacking one of the pigs or cows. For bears, you're a two-hit kill, the smaller ones need another bite or two. That's why I load my weapons as soon as I load the game. You never know who's out to bite yer butt. -You could build a roof tile on the ground and walk up one level, might be cheaper than building an entire stairway. But yes, I'd also love to build custom houses with either T-Form or pyramid shaped, so we need roof parts at the 45° fold inside and outside. To build roofs, you have to be on the same level as you want to build on top of them, esp with the the small /\ pieces. Since these rooms there are only for cheese processing, the flat roof works fine and fits the purpose. Tall enough to stack 2 cheese curing cabinets on top of each other. Believe me, you'll need a lot if you go for that amount of cows. Remember: they bee-line for the gate as soon as you open it, so good luck getting 3 cows in that space. -When you tear down something already build, you only get a few parts back, very little compared with what you already put into, so be sure to measure twice, cut once. -Concerning chicken: Depends if you wanna breed or buy more chicken to get up to demand... if you have a rooster, separate the fertilized eggs into another coop with food and water. I've seen chicks dying more often when in company with the adults. Let them hatch, grow and then put them in with the others. Maybe the smaller coop would suffice, the one where you can get eggs from the drawers. Just for a few days until they're adults. Rinse repeat. I just love how your ranch is coming along, seeing it grow, seeing YOU having fun and learning as much as we do on this journey. We try our best to answer your questions and please don't see it as backseat gaming, it's not that HAVE TO do as we say. Take it with a grain of salt and as a suggestion, it's YOUR ranch, YOUR game, YOUR style. You're the best, have a good one!
I am so happy for all the comments and love backseat driving. Please do not stop. It is all so awesome, every comment, every suggestion. Getting other perspectives and experiences from you guys is fantastic. It drives me to stay up until 11:00 pm most weeknights recording and editing my videos and then get up, go to work, and think of how to make this all fun for all of us. I am very grateful, so keep the ideas coming!
looking forward to seeing the outcome of your ranch matey, relaxing to watch and listen to. I came from watching Britto lol so when you mention that I felt I had to mention that's who got me knowing about you. Keep up the good content dude
I will never be able to thank Britto enough for his generous endorsement of my channel. Thank you for giving me a try, and I hope you will stick around for my other playthroughs as my channel grows. Have a great day, and thank you again.
For a moment it looked like when you put the full walls up that it was allowiing you to place a pitch roof? I tell ya, I have to hardest time with roofing. Have you ever tried the triangle placements? You lay a blueprint down with that and then you are lost trying to make a roof. I've always wanted a process room that had angle flooring so you can work side to side easier.
I appreciate your support and feedback! Roofing can be frustrating if you want to get creative. I did find something out that I will show off in the next episode! Thank you so much for the comment and have a great day!
Thank you for this comment and all I can say is watch episode 4 coming out tomorrow and tell me what you think! I may have read your mind on this! Thank you again and have a great 2024!
Thank you for your amazing comment! It means the world to me knowing that you think my videos are the best. I'm grateful to have such awesome viewers like you!
I've only had deer. No wolves, no bears. If I had constant wolf and bear attacks, I wouldn't get anything done! I suppose that would be a cool reason to have dogs. I've never used the pets yet and I can't wait to get them. Are the pets any use? Or is just for simulation? I love your design so much. I've never custom built everything. I spent money on a house straight away 😆
Thank you for your kind words about my design! Pets can be useful but I have not really played with them but hoping to in my new playthrough in Season 3 that I am streaming on the channel.
That's a great tip! Having a bull to breed your cows can help you expand your herd and profit from selling the extra cows as meat. We are definitely doing a bull. and this is going to be fun! I appreciate the comment. Thank you so much!
That's a good and cost saving alternative but also ends in a high chance of getting a bull instead. Calves need a long time to be birthed and grow up, and since they're dairy cows, don't give much meat in return. Start maybe with 3 cows and 1 bull. The bull has the chance to impregnate one cow per day, so it may take a while to get the herd size you need.
The first fence you place where you want and the second fence, you have to roll the mouse wheel to click it to match the first one. After that, each new piece should click into place and keep the line straight. Also, see if this video helps. th-cam.com/video/XqdYZ1ImJ7c/w-d-xo.htmlsi=f8UJzvfh3RLnsboj
@@N_Tx_Fiber_Finatic I did end up with a solution in the end. Still wish they had corner roof pieces to build roofs with so we can be a bit more creative with roofing.
@@RPGamingPlays yes, me too. I spent way too much time in ARK building and learned all kinds of tricks. I’m just now coming back to RS and trying to figure out my ranch design myself

That is what I will be doing for season 3 playthrough starting May 20th . 1 hour live plays. Hope to see you there.
