Exactly. Im still holding on to an 03 element and have been waiting for a somewhat decent successor. Nothing will ever replace it. But this feels like it gets close ish.
A V6, and there's no thigh support? Japanese make can keep these cars as JDM in Japan. The Model Y has better back seat than a bench offered in this Passport.
HATE it because of the LED headlights. I don't want to pay $1,200 for a burnt out headlight or make the next owner pay that. All because LEDs don't have bulbs to be replaced, gotta replace the whole headlight assembly and nobody asked for that, nobody wants that and nobody is telling people that.
Most people do want LEDs from what I read. Go to any of the 4th Generation Pilot reviews. You will see people gripe about tailights not being Full LED. While on reviews like for Honda HR-V they have Full LED Tailights. I on several vehicle forums and watch ton of TH-cams. We have two new 2024 Honda vehicles in family. 2024 Civic Sport Hatchback that I picked out for grown nephew. Also 2024 HR-V EX-L AWD that I picked out for his mother. My 2025 Honda Pilot Elite is being ordered. We have older 1st Generation Ridgeline so always been on that forum almost 18yrs.
I put LEDS in my 2007 F150. Absolutely did NOT have to replace the whole assembly. In fact, with most cars manufactured in the last 25 years, you only need to remove the assembly & replace the light itself. You would only replace the entire assembly if it's damaged beyond repair, such as the lens being cracked or shattered. I also understand it's not easy to remove a headlight assembly on every car like it is on an F150.
An NA V6? I'd pick this over Land Cruiser's turbo 4-cyl
This cat is y'all's best presenter.
it looks AMAZING
I guess the next gen Honda Ridgeline would probably have a similar looks...
I hope the Ridgeline has a similar interior too.
Yes! Has Element vibes. Finally.

Looks GREEAAT! New design is so much better. Also like how different looks compared to Pilot. When will this go on sale?
Nice looking SUV. I like the color
Looking good
Are the VCM systems in Honda V6 engines reliable for long term ownership?
Nope. They show issues around 100-150k miles or earlier.
They are very reliable
Looks like a pathfinder in the front of the hood
Honco (Trail) Sport ?
Hahaha. Took me a while to get your reference. Genius! Hahaha
It's gonna sell like a hot cake
Does anyone know if that automatic transmission is better then the civics cvt transmission? Might trade it in for this tbh

Guessing 60K out the door for Elite trim.
I hope not but you’re probably spot on. New cars are way expensive these days
Looks nice… I know the Dealers can’t wait to tack on $20k+ above MSRP 😅
tell them I will be back in oct 2026 what happened to 2025MY ?
@@youtubecarspottersguide1 visit the Honda site. They are selling the 2025 passport now.
No, they wouldn't sell any of them with a $20,000 markup. MSRP is most likely, but discounts to follow after 6-8 months.
@@trumpisastump9382 maybe $5000 markups just wait til oct 2026 for a deal
I don't see that happening. At that markup, it will be more expensive than Toyota Land Cruiser, which you can get under MSRP these days.
is that a Bronco with Honda badging?
looks like bronco sport
I don't like when the infotainment is tacked on top of the dash, like in this new Passport 👎

LOL
LED headlights last for YEARS compared to regular bulbs from older cars. Wtf are you talking about? 😅
@@Xrpxlm7 have you seen the Corolla with LED headlights.....there is one on youtube and it didn't last as LONG as you would think...
would be nice if Honda stuck with HID headlights.
