I think you evolved your Pokemon a bit too early , and usually an anime team isn’t OP , like ash had pikachu , squirtle , bulbasaur , charizard , pidgeotto , kingler . It isn’t too much so if it was an anime team it would be not fully evolved on every Pokemon.

Quick attack isn’t a fairy type move. It’s normal

Sylveon has pixilate, which changes normal type moves into fairy type moves (this also applies to hyper voice)
