whispyr should just be the rogue dev. whoever is doing these changes is lazy or doesnt play the spec at all to a degree needed. whispyr you are the only intelligent person i follow for sin rogue info. thank you. to me it just feels like sin rogue is just less fun to play. i may be alone but i really loved the burst damage profile of sin in dragonflight. im not a sweaty key pusher by any means but i did most of my dungeons as sin. being able to trivialize some big hp mobs just felt awesome to me.

I know assa got other problems, but I wished that fan of knives would leave a ground aoe of daggers around you (like caltrops) everytime it crits, dealing bleed dmg for 2 seconds for the amount of crit dmg dealt with fan of knives...
Symbolic Victory might be more intended for something like world content or even more-so PvP, and for that reason maybe Blizzard's reluctant to make it strong enough (too powerful for PvP) to compete with Lingering Darkness which is probably not too valuable for those aforementioned. Not saying it's good design or a good choice node, just suggesting a potential vision for that node
With each video, as sad as it is to say, I'm leaning away from assassination for TWW, the devs just don't know what to do with the spec and someone there needs to get bonked on the head. I honestly doubt Realz is involved in anything related to the class for TWW, the community disconnect and lack of communication from the devs on the class just shows with these changes that no one asked for.
i agree. the fact there is no themes related to anything we have currently just tells it all. shadow clones, poison pools, killing sprees all easy added flavor themes they did nothing with. just a big miss imo. really feels like there is no passion behind this class dev anymore.
The only thing we know is that blizzard pulled all the devs out of the public eye. All the forum posts are made via a community manager and all the dev feedback posts that classes got are made by an anonymous “blizzard” account on the forums. I can’t confirm or deny anything about realz specifically, but the communication change is clearly company wide due to how they’ve changed their stance on the forums
@@whispyr5793 Regardless of their policy changes, you can see a vast difference between the way the mage/warlock community is getting a sort of 'ping pong' of feedback with whoever is representing the devs compared to the majority of classes where it is radio silence through and through, resulting in ... deathstalker hero talents.
for sure, It doesn't excuse the communication or in this case lack of, but pinning it on one guy cause you saw his name pop up in a discord for a couple months is just a really strange move. Fel Hammer moderators openly speculating about the guys career which kazis pointed out is even weirder when they don't know shit about it either

I don't like it thematically, I don't want to do more bleed damage, I don't want to have to find the keybind for it, I don't want to have to not press Envenom which I *love* pressing. I just want to do my poison damage with spatter and do good enough damage to be able to out-skill pugs. Envenom + Poison Bomb + Spatter is a wet dream come true for me, and they just keep shoving me away from it.

They don’t tune for open world though and they have PvP specific multipliers for tuning
If they’re scared about it being too strong in PvP they could just nerf it in PvP only

Have heard that Realz has left blizzard so that might be why. Just the rumours on the forums and discords.
