The classic Vic3 experience : the IA is better than you at war because the front teleports behind you , then, teleports you home, and now you're 15 weeks away from it.
I recommend building a one groceries factory per state, because when something is consumed and produced in the state itself, the item gets a discount and this greatly increases the quality of life
Not a discount as such but the market access prize modifier doesn't apply which can be pretty substantial depending on tech and distance. Also some basic jobs are always nice.

The war fronts really are annoying in that game. It's almost like it is fixed so that the usual AI super powers get an advantage all the time. All that defense and power, yet the weaker nations magically win due to some unseen mandatory requirement.
You should not shout into your microphone. The resulting clipping really lowers the production quality. If you want to shout into it, then you will likely need a microphone and ADC with a very large dynamic range to avoid the clipping.
I like the editing but it needs to be slower. I need to be able to blink. If you're flashing every stock photo you got at me after every word you say it makes it hard to focus on what you want to show me.
