It was not the ending she wanted but Ateneo star Jhaz Joson believes she still made an impact during her time with the Ateneo women's basketball team.
The Blue Eagles' campaign in UAAP Season 86 ended in the Final 4 on Wednesday, November 22, when they were beaten 58-43 by the top-seeded National University Lady Bulldogs. Joson was limited to just seven points by the NU defense in what was her final game for the Blue and White.
Afterward, she expressed her optimism for the future of the Ateneo women's basketball program while also declaring her intention to keep playing for the national team.
Meanwhile, Ateneo coach LA Mumar and star center Kacey dela Rosa also reflected on the season as well as dela Rosa's status as the front-runner for MVP honors in Season 86.
