I can't agree with that. While miles does have different moves.... They're... eh at best in my opinion. I really didn't care for miles morales, I absolutely haaaate how he swings and some of his fight patterns, voice acting was bad, etc. And the storyline was kinda meh as well.

They're meant to be the same just from different POV's, Marvel's Spider Man is from the POV of Peter Parker while Marvel's Spider Man Miles Moralse is from the POV of Miles Morales
i agree, they definitely tweaked the pallete a little bit in the newer game. i prefer the new palette, the older was a little bit too saturated/orange-y for my liking.
Remastered looks 10x better purely due to its temperature. The way they desigbed it for that rustic feel is beautiful. Games now are way to cool even to start with we need warm temps back as a standard in game designs.
The first game had more gadgets and a longer more compelling story, while Miles Morales has less gadgets, he makes up for it with the venom powers. Though the story in Miles Morales is shorter, the side quests were much better than the first game IMO. So i'd rate Miles Morales a 9,8/10 and the first game a solid 9,6/10.

we could assume that just how peter does HIS suits cause he is able to easily handle villains who probably know this fact, meanwhile for miles he most likely added protective padding on more of the suit than normal to make up for miles' inexperience, doing away with his usual protection style to give miles his best chance and protect him rom villains or crooks who know how the suit is usually.

Nah i liked the clean swinging with Peter more. And love the combat with Peter more. Peter had so much cool tools to play with - endless creativity in his combat. Miles is also fun, but is limited to venom almost.
The différence is that in spider man is more darker with no snow and has more villain do nat be bored and allot of stuff like the Back pack the arsenal … But Spiderman miles morales is more lighter and theres snow for the style and he have abillity venom power and he have less story and memory fragment …
I would love a new spiderman game that focuses less on realistic graphics and more on artistic and stylistic decisions such as shattered dimensions, loved that game so much for the visuals, story and gameplay... Actually I would value more any game, gameplay and stylist art style wise> realistic graphics and effects
I really hate that they didn't just combine the two games. I get that with the map changes due to the weather it might have been tricky to implement, but I don't care, think of how the mods makers have to make them for both games.
There was an interview with the devs talking about the creation of specifically web swinging between the games. Specifically air tricks being inserted last second for the first game, and then the second building off the air tricks and how that helped the swinging feel better and more authentic for MM. I’m so stoked for the new one because by all accounts I’ve heard it builds off the others now.
smth i like abt miles morales is the damage the suit takes proportionate to your health its pretty hard to spot (and sometimes isnt there on suits like the animated or itsv suit) when its not on the great responsibility suit but its still a nice touch

Insomniac just using the same city and same assets all the time. Even the upcoming Spiderman is just copy paste of the old game world with new story. There aren't any actual big improvements. Same quick action sequences and physics etc also
The map is twice as big in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Now Queens has been added. Plus, you get web wings now. And slightly faster web swinging. Even though Peter's web swinging animations are the same from 2018, MAYBE Insomniac has revamped the entire swinging system to be less automated. Hopefully they have completed changed how swinging works. Maybe they're saving the great stuff for later, or when the game actually releases. We haven't even seen everything from this game.
I’m playing marvel’s spiderman remastered and I have to say it’s a bit of a let down. There’s minor mistakes here and there that take away from the wall crawler experience specially when wall crawling. Then there’s the spider sense system that has one upgrade only and doesn’t always make you dodge despite timing it right. The story feels boring to me… tAkes a while to build up. I’m 86% done with the game and i’ve yet to feel amazed. 6/10 for me
But the weather is a little different because of that miles morales’ game is happening during winter time then if you say that he has worse graphics then youre wrong.
Them charging full price for it is not cool I played the first one and miles morales is free with ps plus. Feel bad for anyone who had to spend full price for remastered
