Listening to thousands lifting their voices in worship with this particular song... I find it to be a thin spot in the Veil. I get a glimpse of what it will be like to be part of a million Voice Choir once I get to Heaven. I know it's a small glimpse, so small it almost has no locality but it's enough to leave me so wonderfully undone before the Lord. I'm a worship leader and a songwriter. I've seen the power of God fall just from the music sometimes before even singing a word. I've seen things that are Beyond description or even understanding. I've even written some wonderful praise and worship songs. But there's never been another song so powerful as Just As I am. I've been saved for 62 years and still, every time I hear this song I cast my crowns before the feet of the savior. What the Lord did on the cross for me? Let me put it this way... To whom there is much forgiven, there is much love. So if I worship with Reckless abandonment it is because he forgave me for more than you can even imagine.
Billy Graham was a rarest breed of a man to ever walk on this earth. He devoted his entire life in Christ and preaced the gospel to people of every race and background. He had an authoritative and calmest voice. We need more of his kind in this era. This songs reminds me of Rev Billy Grham. I hope he is happily rejoicing at home with the Lord. ❤😢
I to cry when I hear this hymm. It was played in church when i went to church with my dad when he and my mom were going through their divorce. It ripped his heart into pieces he never really got back. I love this hymm and always think of him when I hear it.
The thing about old hymns is they were written with such devotion that whenever you sing or listen, the soul delights.. that feeling of something missing or lacking is just gone!!!

I listened to this with my grandfather who was a preacher also. He gave his whole life to God and expected us to also. i sobered up because of him that was his death wish. To this day i am still sober because of respect him so much.

Surely our world needs the Gospel now, more than ever. Billy Graham was truly a Blessing in our life and times.

Love this song. When I was young I went to a Billy Graham's crusade in Oklahoma City. His message was what Jesus did for us. When the invitation started I went.
I did not attend any of the crusade shows but did watch on tv as a child and surrendered my life to Christ at that very moment as well. As I'm doing now, I've often come to hear Rev. Graham speak in these video's and I'm brought right back to my youth and getting on my knees right in front of the tv.
He warned President Kennedy not to go to Dallas. But Kennedy went anyway. He was a man that served his God no matter whom he was called to minister to.

1957 Billy graham came near my town ,south of India, Kerala State( Kerala means coconut..this state is covered with coconut trees) I remember 18 miles from my home banners and flex hanging throughout the Roads..(Billy Graham preaching at Police stadium)The person who translated Billy graham was one of our relative Mr k G Thomas. And the next year Billy invited him to attend his Kentucky. Crusade. I have that black and white picture with me.. They together went to the coliseum and through the back of the stage they entered and Billy pointed to kG Thomas a seat NEXT To BEVERLY SHEA.. Is it joyous?

For sure. When Billy Graham's passing was on the news, I was saddened a bit, but I felt gratitude at the same time, for all he had been able to do with his people for God's glory. I actually bowed my head and said "Thank you Lord, for giving us this incredible man for nearly 100 years." Hope he and Ruth are enjoying Heaven!

My life is a mess, with tobacco and alcohol and other worldly pleasures i have succumbed to the will of Satan. When i listen to these old hymns my life in this world becomes real. I know there is only one way to heaven and i know it's not through religion. After all Jesus hated religion. My life is without meaning, i know the end is nigh, and yet i continue to live a life of sin. Depression has set in and i know its down to Satan that i feel this way, he wants me to end my life so i can become another statistic on a government chart. But when i listen to these old hymns I still believe that there is hope for myself.

I love this song just as I am my parents took me to Billy Graham's when I was a boy . It wasn't until later in life I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior I'm 66 it's been a short time ago I accepted Jesus Christ as savior . But most people don't know Getting to heaven It's a one time event having faith in Jesus Christ Jesus Christ and he died for our Sins And took my place on the cross so I don't have to go to hell go to hell so my sins has been forgiven past present and future. And Jesus Christ is alive today we're just waiting for the rapture or or if I die before the rapture I'll be with Jesus Christ and my family my family my dad is a Christian he died 2019. My grandparents were christians and I will meet them again I'm 66 I love getting old so possible though possible Jesus Christ will bring me home.
My Mom loved Billy Graham and this song always made me emotional as people poured down from the high bleachers to stand and pray with Billy. My Mom just passed away this Thanksgiving (Canadian Thanksgiving Oct. 9th) and with her funeral planned and permission this was the song we played as her funeral service came to an end. I held myself together fairly well throughout but as this came on I was bawling. Be at rest Mom, I know you're in Heaven surrounded by friends and family in the afterlife. We love you and miss you always. Rest in peace 🙏

I love this song just as I am my parents took me to Billy Graham's when I was a boy . It wasn't until later in life I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior I'm 66 it's been a short time ago I accepted Jesus Christ as savior . But most people don't know Getting to heaven It's a one time event having faith in Jesus Christ Jesus Christ and he died for our Sins And took my place on the cross so I don't have to go to hell go to hell so my sins has been forgiven past present and future. And Jesus Christ is alive today we're just waiting for the rapture or or if I die before the rapture I'll be with Jesus Christ and my family my family my dad is a Christian he died 2019. My grandparents were christians and I will meet them again I'm 66 I love getting old so possible though possible Jesus Christ will bring me home.

My Mom loved Billy Graham and this song always made me emotional as people poured down from the high bleachers to stand and pray with Billy. My Mom just passed away this Thanksgiving (Canadian Thanksgiving Oct. 9th) and with her funeral planned and permission this was the song we played as her funeral service came to an end. I held myself together fairly well throughout but as this came on I was bawling. Be at rest Mom, I know you're in Heaven surrounded by friends and family in the afterlife. We love you and miss you always. Rest in peace 🙏
