I built a blue green deck 2 days ago and didn't have a commander for it. Kruphix was what I settled on and I just ordered him then I see this on my recommended videos. My build is meant to draw and ramp hard then put a ton of +1+1 counters on my creatures and swing with Champion of Lambholt to make them unlockable. It also has an alternate win con without attacking in case I run into a fog deck.

I like how the reasonable upgrades section now shows what should be replaced from the budget deck, unlike before where it's just a montage of non-budget cards.
For reasonable upgrades Isochron Scepter would be a solid inclusion you have enough 2 mana instants to get use out of it when it comes up and is recursion in its own right. If you happen to get the Seedborn Muse out you can fog every turn locking out a combat win for your opponents. If you add the Scepter in I would also swap in reclaim and take out restock. Reclaim is usable on the scepter and costs one mana. With the draw X cards in this deck it can do some work as well when on the scepter.
Never wanted to give Turbo Fog a try until now, this looks fun and frustrating for my opponents. Great build, looking forward to building this down the road.
I like Moments Peace as well, its like 1.50 but would be a great addition to the fog package, especially since it has flashback. Great deck tech as always!

Capsize is amazing for this kind of deck. Being able to bounce anything on the board back to someone's hand and endlessly with buyback is amazing. And a huge deterrence for people to attack you with any tron creature since chances are you can bounce the hexproof off of them then bounce them. I once used this card on a superfriends end phase the turn before they would win to bounce reliquary tower back to their hand. In turn they discarded 50 cards and ended up losing.
Kruphix is my kind of god. Always has been. But alas, I'm known for doing big, scary, horrible and wonderful things in my playgroup when my mana just gets doubled once, so I could never build a deck with it at the helm. Any and all mana accelerator cards I play get deleted as SOON as my friends have a way to remove them... Still, though I can never make my fantasies real and build a deck with Kruphix, I can dream the dream when I watch this deck tech. And I thank you for that.
Alchemist's Refuge is a great card with this commander, especially once you add Seedborn Muse. While a lot of what you do is instant speed already, and you can just float mana for your turn, flashing things in opens a lot of interesting possibilities. And the refuge is considerably cheaper than both Vedalken Orrery and Leyline of Anticipation, while it can be found with Hour of Promise. I also kind of missed Seasons Past among the recursion spells or at least among the upgrades. Particularly spicy when combined with mystical tutor ^^.
Really good guide, will be using it for the deck base. I really think you should make Horde Of Notions - deck, i have wanted to see cool tutorial about it for long time.
Wayfarer's Bauble is a great and underrated card. However, I don't think belongs in green decks. Green has plenty of ramp available for cheaper, even on a budget. I make sure to run one in every nongreen deck I play, budget or not, though.

Is it easy to get these deck lists in the UK from the website? Looking to buy some of these commander decks, but I don't wanna be swamped with delivery charges.
There's an obscure green prison card called Elephant grass. Same as propaganda except black creatures can't attack and it has cumulative upkeep 1. Would Kruphix be able to keep up with the upkeep cost? If so, I'd recommend that card.
I feel like there are a lot of card choices that just feel sub-optimal to me even for the price point. like why would you run Elvish Rejuvenator over Sakura-Tribe Elder or even a Veteran Explorer? Otherworld Atlas is also really slow and I dont think the deck really takes advantage of the mirrored effect very well, Staff Of Nin seems like a better option. I think the mirrored effects in general (like the ones that double your mana) would hinder you as much as they help, they kinda just serve as a "win more" because if you dont get a really explosive start someone else at the table will combo out fast then you. On that note, I was inspired to create a list of my own (non budget)
Request if you can do The Mimeoplasm deck? I'm currently planning one out and might have it built by the time you do the video if you do but would love to see your take on it and suggestions :)
I love the deck, but turbofog can only get you so far. I'd definitely recommend looking at your play circle before going out and buying this deck. I'd love to play it personally, but in my group, I'd probably be better off with a Helix Pinnacle-focused Vorel deck including Kruphix in the 99 because of the sheer amount of noncombat win conditions that populate the table.

Hmmm I am not really one to give my opinion on banning and not banning cards. I think playgroups themselves can just determine what should and should not be allowed. For example I used to play with a group that allowed Earl of Squirrel as a commander for one of the guys because he enjoyed Squirrels so much
Why not use Prophet of Kruphix? Based on how your deck is built, it is a cheaper version(price wise) of Seedborne muse and in your upgrade version, you removed the Hexdron and the other mana rock untapped on its own. Kruphix happens to be the deck I was working on and was gonna get back into playing magic. Though I was taking it an entirely different direction than you. My thought plan was win by wiping the field of everyone and use the stored mana to rebuild. Using cards like Mycosynth Lattice and bane of progress, then use spells to give Bane indestructible. Or have Titania, Protector of Argoth out on the field so all the lands I lost would be turned into 5/3 creatures. Mycosynth Lattice is a really powerful card in the deck, it lets you use the colorless mana that the commander stores as any color you want and the added bonus of turning your "destroy target artifact" cards into kill spells. I only use the populating fog because if you create a token of a creature with an etb effect that would let you grab an instant. Then you can fog, create a copy of that token and get the fog back.
Pulled this off once ... Reached into my bag and grabbed a stack of Eldrazi thicker than a Robert Jordan novel. Everyone scooped but one guy, who made me play out my stack thinking he was annoying me. Little did he know that was exactly what I wanted!
When your turn ends, any unused mana in your mana pool goes away. With Kruphix on the board, any unused mana is turned into colorless mana and is kept in your mana pool. This lets you accumulate large amounts of mana over time.
I feel like my day isn't truly complete until I hear "first up there's wayfarer's bauble"

Big stompy Hydras can be fun; Hydra Broodmaster, Primordial Hydra, Polukranos, World Eater, Mistcutter Hydra, Hydroid Krasis, Hooded Hydra, Genesis Hydra.
Hmm maybe add Thaumatic Compass too? Mana Reflection? Well, that's definitely not budget, but it's in line with the objective.
Yeah I was so excited back when Thaumatic Compass was spoiled and then it quickly jumped into more Reasonable Upgrade range

I've built 2 Kruphix Decks: Eldrazi Tribal and Artifact (creature) Aggro, Eldrazi was unbeatable and annoying, Artifacts are powerful but fair
