The casting is perfect. I am one of the people who want Sawashiro Miyuki for Makima. But o be honest. She is perfect for Makima. She sounds like she couldn't hurt a fly but at the same time so scary.

I never realized how manipulative a calm soothing voice was until hearing Makima for the first time. Definitely pictured her with a deeper voice while reading the manga. But this is actually a bit haunting, which in my opinion, fits Makima better than I imagined.
Makima sounds warm & cold at the same time to me. I really looking forward to her burst out laughing at denji's lap, that episode will be extra haunting I fear.
