Huge information point for Enzo specifically, and to a lesser degree The Foreman, as AcerofSpades said you don't need to maintain Arms supply to get the heroes benefits. The Foreman can be aquired with ease in the Token shop, and with his 2nd, 3rd, and 4th skill will provide a 10% building time reduction, as well as a 10 resource cost and 10% money cost reduction. Even without Enzo you can benefit from this little bit especially when pushing those base level transitions. The Foreman by himself can save you from needing an additional warehouse level to make that base level jump. Most importantly for those that don't have a lot of discretionary income to spend, as others have mentioned DD is a great equalizer for those mostly free to play players. Enzo and The Foremans skills apply to the resource cost and building speed of doomsday honor structures, this doesn't reduce virus sample cost or composite materials, but being able to instantly finish honor structure upgrades with an hour left can help you maximize honor gain from your tickets and help propel you to higher level tiles quickly. Also pro note regarding Enzo and the Foreman, you don't have to have Arms supply active to station them you just have to have the Construction Center Building built to at least level 1. For early game growth, or budget gamers Arms Supply and Project hero are huge benefits. For $25 USD the 500 diamonds a day, ability to not use fuel to keep your base electricity levels up, and the potential 22% (it says 25% but the actual stat caps at 22%) building speed saves you incredible amounts of time. Project HERO is huge, and the benefits get better the more you do it. After your 4th or 5th renewal you start getting two pick an Orange hero Tickets, which I recommend keeping at least one in reserve for those days when your daily challenges just make it impossible to get your full alliance salary without recruiting an orange hero or using a large number of your purple tickets. The difference is that the subscription will automatically renew each month the day it expires via your preferred method of payment for 24.99 (USD) while the one month allows you to decide if, or when you want to make that payment.

Looks like project hero is different for everyone. I'm currently on day 7 and the choose orange hero on day 1 wasn't there for me, neither are the courage medals.
Well my Foreman is completed, and I bought Enzo with simple tokens. :) The free speedups don't really worth to upgrade but the 30 % defense bonus is pretty good buff. And they really the best rss savers. Working without arms supply - doesn't worth it. The best are the courage medals for sure, I actually saved them all and used only on zone comm from the very beginning. Thanks to you Acer :)) The parts are way too expensive but really make the difference in the game.

arms supply does not give you the heros, development recruitment event does and so does extreme luck. thats in my developement heros video in the description

Wouldnt you say the construction garages be good at the start? Well i suppose it cant be used for exploration till 10, but when you can start, you just stack up stuff to sell for money and more constructions going on at a time wouldnt be a bad thing too. Also, with arms supply dont those buildings (power and construction ones) go away after the month? What i read, its subscription based or something.

IMO, the 4 extra work trucks are a huge advantage over a pure “Free to play” player. You basically have double the production of any non pay player.
Gotta make the RSS, but essentially that is absolutely true. Not production though, building capacity and exploration yes.
