The speaker in the bathroom is used when someone rings your apt from the entrance or front door. this way you can communicate or let them in. like a food delivery
1st congratulations 💝💝💝 2nd isn't 730$ expensive per month? 3rd, you can try to keep cactus and Aloe Vera they are easy to grow, and 4th I'm sorry to ask because I don't know, you have a boyfriend!!! who is he? 💝
2 suggestions: 1) If u turn the bed 90° or 180° and move it against the wider microwave wall, it may free up more space. 2) The stuck door is mostly likely not sitting on its track properly. You can just check the good side to see how it sit and jiggle the stuck one up and down to fix it.
The shower curtain idea was a stroke of genius. I shared it with my daughter who lives in Seoul. Her shower is also open to the rest of the bath. I agree about the tree out your window. Very pretty.
Love your new pad Anna! Maybe you could put real plants along the window floor, they’d thrive with the great light and plants purify your air! Maybe a foldable pretty screen or curtain in front of your kitchenette at night when you’re in bed so you don’t have to look at it? The coffee table/storage is genius. Everything is so organized! Nice upgrade!
Congratulations! This apartment has so much more open space. It will definitely be cooler in the summer. It's good that you have so much storage space. I'm glad your Dad was able to help you. Moving can be so overwhelming. I see the fridge serves as a purse holder too. Lol! Hope you enjoy your new place. 🥰
Love the light in your apartment. Your tv and table in your living room are nice! Love how you casually dropped the “my boyfriend” bomb😅 Congrats on your lovely apartment!
Yah! So glad you finally posted this. Loving your new apartment. Just lovely. Just put self sticking "wood" like "wallpaper" inside your cupboard glass. That would be wayyyy easy. I love Temu as well.
Your style is so cute! I love the feel especially the living room with natural light, and your cozy bedroom in the evening, the tv is so cool and you could use the fireplace videos on yt for a vibe!! I feel like it is so rare for big windows like that in a smaller apartment like yours, definitely a great find! Also boyfriend drop! 😉 you’re thriving, girl! Doing your makeup while you play a vinyl on your new player would be a whole vibe!
Congrats, Anna. It’s such a cute apartment, and the vibe is really cozy. But the view is just chef’s kiss! Having the greenery and Hanok rooftop right outside is soothing to the soul. I hope you’ll be happy there for a long time.
Thank you for sharing your new home with us. I love all the natural light! Wishing you many wonderful memories. I hope your neighbors aren't as noisy as your former ones!
Beautiful home! Love the light and colour. I want/need that coffee table and LG TV!! 10:00 looks like an old-school intercom. Looks like you need some sort of proper electronics charging station on your bedside table.
Its so cute!!! I love the way you decorated!!! I bought that same ice cube tray masker from temu for my boyfriend. He has a bar & needed a separate ice maker. Thank you for showing how it works! Congratulations on your new place. Your TV & Stereo are so nice! Thank goodness for awesome parents! ❤
Papa Lee is so nice!! Envious you can rent at that price in Seoul, we pay nearly double pretty much in metro area in Melbourne here for a single bedroom apartment.. Great video tour btw, plenty of natural light, love it!!
Hello Co-Army(sorry I am just presuming💜). Love this tour. Just learned from you that my fave color and sunflower are significant in your country because it gives me much comfort, when all other people that surrounds me don't believe so. Thank you for sharing and good luck on your new apartment🎉
I really like the new place, I think you were 💯 right about the living room/ bedroom arrangement, I love all the secret storage spaces hidden inside the furniture, and I think you were right not to get the bed frame. 😂 I think that covers it? 😂👍❤️
Looks so nice! I would love to see you do some renter-friendly design fixes. Like maybe something in your bathroom. I bet it could be a little more fun and fit your personality better. Also, the fake plants in your window are definitely an improvement, but it would be even nicer to put a bunch of low (short) plants there. Plants in the home are good for mental health and they clean the air in your home.
Anna, please make some more videos of why it’s an option to move to SK for Korean Americans and Asian Americans. As an Asian American I’m moving to Asia from the U.S. because of extreme issues here, chiefly among them anti-Asian hate. Please put the message out there. I’ve contacted other Asian influencers as well with this same request. ❤. And I love your videos. You’re a smart, pretty gal, and tough as nails
Thank you for apartment tour. I have felt that I should do a video too about my living space in Daejeon and the pros and cons of living in a villa. I need a villa to accommodate my cats so they can go out on the veranda and get some fresh air.
Congrats on your new place...it is so cute! I have a 3-bed, 2-bath home, with a den, dining room, laundry room but no garage. Storage is a big issue with me too....I think I'm in denial about all the "stuff" I have...I usually purge (kinda) once a year, and I still donate stuff!! Love the perfumes!!
I love the new place. You seem to really like it. In a year, when the "new place honeymoon" is over, I hope you can give us an assessment of the pros and cons about the place.
wow i love your table it´s so smart. korea is really good at designing tiny living furnature it seems like. i want that tabel because it can be liftet op if you want to eat in the living room instead
Wow, first time tuned into your channel. Loving the tour of your apartment. Gave me ideas too. I’d love to meet you and grab some of their beauty products 😂. You’ve inspired me greatly this morning. I live in Barbados, Caribbean. Good job and I’m impressed.
Cute apartment - have tried looking into - Murphy Beds?... The ones that fold up into the wall - they also have storage and will give you the floor space...
Cheers to your new place! Always good to see greenery. "This building was built in 2003"... FYI- that is on the newer side compared to a lot of other countries. I heard a tour guide talk about a building that was built in 1970, which she called a modern building. (crazy I know.)
Apartment is super cute…. And looks like we are neighbours! I finally came to SK 2 weeks ago on a working holiday and am based in Gangnam too 🤩. Very true about the tree being a novelty in this area….its all shiny high rises, offices and shopping, but I’m in a great little area with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. If you happen to hear someone randomly shout out your name in excitement whilst walking the streets, that might just be me 😂🙋🏻♀️
WOW! $730 in Gagnam. How was this found? Seoul is expensive enough, but that is a REALLY good deal. Even homes in areas outside of Seoul are going for more. Well done 👍
I was just searching a few hours ago and ngl this doesn't seem too unusual for price, sometimes they're smaller but the deposit on those apartments in Gagnam are crazy
It depends on where you are looking to rent, gangnam is one of the most expensive places to rent if not the most. I was living in gunja which is about 20 minutes from gangnam and my rent was only 370,000 ₩ or around 250 euro the building was 1999 and definitely not as nice as this place, but there are lots of cheap places around seoul i would recommend going into the 부동산 for cheaper places thats how i found my place!!
Sephora refills perfume bottles, but it’s only applicable to selected items. So, you must know about the refillable perfumes that Sephora provides to avail of this offer. This depends on the brand’s current policy as well as the store location that you are visiting.
Not only it's nice light trough that window, there's a tree (very important!) and also what look like some old style roof (old family home or something?)
@11:40, believe it or not, there is a simple solution to dividing your room from your kitchen. #1, Murphy beds. I'm pretty sure you have in korea. 2 I will recommend you a interior designer in Korea that helped one of his client with similar issues. His name is Phil Jung. The video is: NEVER TOO SMALL episode 102, ( because I can't share the link😅) So. I hope you enjoy the video. I hope it helps. I loved your living room❤. Best part for me
What are noise levels like? Can you hear your neighbours? Love the window with all that light and tree❤ I am a comic book artist so I would have my art table next to the window
I want that ice thing 😭😂 honestly am a refugee in Egypt and I was complaining about the small space in my apartment comparing to my huge house in Sudan but my friend send me videos about Asian apartments and am now more than satisfied with my Egyptian apartment space and I think it’s not expensive as I thought at first 😂
Around 700 bucks seems like a pretty good price, also considering that Gangnam is one of the nicer areas if I'm not completely mistaken; here in Germany, you can easily pay that in a small, boring town already and it gets really funky when you get to the big cities (Berlin, München, etc) that are maybe more comparable to smth like Seoul~ _(but your deposits are crazy tho)_ If you don't mind me asking, I'd be very interested what 'normal' prices in Seoul for a small apartment look like; is an apartment like you got it something that is common or is it more of a unicorn? How much do prices fluctuate when you change districts, which are the most pricey ones and which ones are more affordable? In general, how much money do you have to plan in if you want a small one-person apartment (so baiscally a room, a kitchen and a bathroom)? I plan on studying a semester in Seoul soon (after really liking my 2022 vacation in SK ^^) and although I might also just live in uni dorms if possible, It'd be nice to know about the alternatives and general housing situation. Also: Do korean house renting prices normally include water, energy and internet already or is that taken care of seperatly? I'm sorry for all the questions, but I'd be really thankful for an answer~ _btw I didn't have internet for like two weeks upon moving into my current apartment :)_
I live in a much larger apartment at half the price 20 mins away from Seoul. I didn't know Germany was that expensive :o. Gangnam is the most expensive part of Seoul, you can find one-rooms at about 300 to 550 per month but the deposits vary wildly anywhere from 1k to 45k (USD)
@@sharpasacueball Thanks for the info! 300-500 bucks seems pretty cheap as I've heard Seoul was quite expensive... I'll have to see for myself I guess, the deposite are crazy tho, do Koreans do that much damage to their rented space lol And yes, Germany is super expensive; I pay ~420€ cold (could easily pay more, but lived here before prices got really bad) for my 22 square meter one-room in a little ugly town that nobody knows and nobody wants to know. (Add ~60€ for water and energy and 40€ for internet.)
it´s kind of crazy how expensive it is in korea. i live alone in a 3 bedroom apartment i don´t remember the square meters but my living room is bigger than your whole apartment i think. it´s about 5 x 7 meters or so, and i have two small rooms at the size of your bedroom and kitchen. and i have a large separate kitchen and i pay maybe 800 $ a month
omg, did you mean to say "crazy how expensive it is in korea" or "inexpensive" - I'm sorry I've mostly lived in NYC / Brooklyn past 19 years, and I couldn't find anywhere that was less than $800 a month...in 2006!
Hello! I love your new apartment! I wanted to ask you what is included in the rent? For example, electricity, water, and,or WiFi. I look forward to more of your videos. Thank you!
For the earbud issue- As a child I use to get my ears cleaned out by a doctor using a water pick because I have a lot of build up, so cotton swabs were never going to be enough for me. Plus I’m zero waste as much as possible and don’t like disposable things (and earbuds use to be cotton and cardboard but now it’s often plastic 😣). But I also didn’t want to invest in a professional water pick machine either. My solution- metal ear cleaning tool kit. Does a better job, keep forever, and the result/ sensation is 👍 (I think you can even find it on temu 😂) Highly recommend (I was going to mention it when you went to the doctor last time but forget. Glad I have another opportunity)
Your new gangnam seoul apartment looks super stunning ❤🥰!!! Where'd you find this new seoul Korean gangnam South Korean apartment at??? Did you find it on airbnb maybe?
Yup, glad to hear you have a bf. Love the apartment, love the vibe, love how you have it arranged -- bravo to all of it. Nice too to see the perfumes and skincare items you are obsessed with -- yes, you know lots of us are going to try these same items if we don't have them already. Tom Ford -- you should try the blue bottle -- I think it's called Almalfi coast? citrusy and lovely. Kudos to your success, appreciation for you sharing so much, and blessings to you for health, wealth, success, and happiness. Love from Houston...
That's such a nice apartment, Anna! Congrats! :D Also, people believe that burning palo santo removes bad energies and brings good energy, peace and tranquility to your home. Thank you for the tour :D
I bought my GF Female Christ by 19-69 just on the name alone, of course she doesn't like it. It smells like a pastry shop. Perhaps consider a segment of walking around Seoul with an architect or a designer. Seoul's urban identity is quite different from neighboring countries cities, and this can be seen in the architecture. There is this deconstructed unfinished aesthetic that is brilliantly slummy and Blade Runner, with exposed everything, including wires and rebar, but still has the taste. If someone needs a door, they will just knock out a hole in the wall and leave it with the rebar sticking out. It's really well done and inadvertently brilliant. It's worth just visiting Seoul with a compact camera with a 50mm lens for this single purpose.
Hi Anna, Your place looks great. So your boyfriend gave you the Tom Ford perfume and speaker… 🤔 I like the TV, it moves around. The coffee table is great and good storage. And I think you need to buy more make up…haha. The apt is big and the natural light is so nice.

Thank you for sharing your new apartment with us. It is cute and love all the storage. Light is so important.
Enjoy your new space.
Lovely apartment Anna😊 it’s nicer than the loft style I think. Palo Santo smells so good! Burning it also encourages positivity into your space.
Apartment looks stunning. Loved ❤ your vlogs. Congrats 🎉🎉 for the new apartment. Hope you have a nice stay. Love you ❤.
Papa Lee is so nice!! Envious you can rent at that price in Seoul, we pay nearly double pretty much in metro area in Melbourne here for a single bedroom apartment.. Great video tour btw, plenty of natural light, love it!!

no way it has already been this fast . I dont watch your channel regally but i do remember your old apartment as i love those videos. how time flies
its really a nice apartment & the tree in front of the window makes it more Pleasant 🥰
You could always put curtains or a panel divider in front of the bed for when you have visitors and keep them open when you don't have visitors.
That light works for you, gorgeous!
Nice apartment, Anna. 🏆 Many happy years and cozy life there. Loved your hair during live. It makes u look younger ❤️
Hello Co-Army(sorry I am just presuming💜). Love this tour. Just learned from you that my fave color and sunflower are significant in your country because it gives me much comfort, when all other people that surrounds me don't believe so. Thank you for sharing and good luck on your new apartment🎉
Love that your from U.k…it’s easy to watch cause it’s like watching a bestie travelling abroad
CONGRATULATIONS!! On the new place,it's adorable ❤
And I love your new Cherry Red hair!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Looks fabulous on you.
Thank you!! ♥️
Congratulations, Love tour new apt, don't be afraid and get yourself some plants they would love being in front of that large window👍
Wooow Anna!!! Your new apartment looks more spacious and you're really practical about all the living space. 😍🤩👍
Love the perfumes!!
i love your apartment. EVEN, your clear kitchen cabinets are very nice! ❤
I love the new place. You seem to really like it. In a year, when the "new place honeymoon" is over, I hope you can give us an assessment of the pros and cons about the place.
Just a tip, if you get direct sunlight make sure ithe sun rays dosn't hit your perfume bottles! lovely place! and so much light!
wow i love your table it´s so smart. korea is really good at designing tiny living furnature it seems like. i want that tabel because it can be liftet op if you want to eat in the living room instead

Nice apartment. You really utlize space in it. I like your ice tray and the container. Very clever.
Cute apartment - have tried looking into - Murphy Beds?... The ones that fold up into the wall - they also have storage and will give you the floor space...
So excited for you for this new chapter, Anna!!! Please do vlogs. I love your vlogs as I always learn a thing or two and your lifestyle inspires me.
Cheers to your new place! Always good to see greenery. "This building was built in 2003"... FYI- that is on the newer side compared to a lot of other countries. I heard a tour guide talk about a building that was built in 1970, which she called a modern building. (crazy I know.)
Good video Anna. I like the fake grass idea and that table is really cool. I'm curious if that table is available in Canada.

Yep this is pretty standard rent! My deposit was 10 million won, so about $7300, which is on the low side for deposits
It depends on where you are looking to rent, gangnam is one of the most expensive places to rent if not the most. Loved your new apartment and it looks so aesthetic!
You made the best of it! beautiful space nonetheless. Wondering what's the door at the of the room/ by the window? Is it a laundry/ service yard?

Hey Anna! If you are interested in fragrances that lasts for days, I would try Nasomatto. The fragrances are extremely concentrated.
Great apartment, Thanks for the vlog 💖💖💖
❤😊, yes you should definitely get some bunches and bunches of lots of very luscious plants Anna!!!!

Perfect space, dear Anna! Out of curiosity, what is behind the door directly opposite your makeup vanity?
Yes ... I wondered too.
I forgot to include :( it’s the laundry room where my washing machine is!
nice apartment and better than the before I guess because it looks more spacious
What are noise levels like? Can you hear your neighbours? Love the window with all that light and tree❤ I am a comic book artist so I would have my art table next to the window
It’s actually been pretty quiet and chill which I’m grateful for!

wow it looks really cozy! I kinda want to move abroad to live in a place like this hhh 🥰
Lovlely Apartment!
Does a better job, keep forever, and the result/ sensation is 👍 (I think you can even find it on temu 😂)
Highly recommend (I was going to mention it when you went to the doctor last time but forget. Glad I have another opportunity)
I think I used to have a metal one but I’ve lost it…I’ll get a new one, thanks!
Your new gangnam seoul apartment looks super stunning ❤🥰!!! Where'd you find this new seoul Korean gangnam South Korean apartment at??? Did you find it on airbnb maybe?
I used an app called Zigbang!
Nice job Anna!
Happy for you🎉🎉🎉
That's such a nice apartment, Anna! Congrats! :D Also, people believe that burning palo santo removes bad energies and brings good energy, peace and tranquility to your home. Thank you for the tour :D
Yep it has that purpose! Love it
I love your apt! You could get a Murphy bed, and then no one would see your bed as you entertain, or film.
The tv thoo ❤❤
Hi Anna,
Your place looks great. So your boyfriend gave you the Tom Ford perfume and speaker… 🤔
I like the TV, it moves around. The coffee table is great and good storage. And I think you need to buy more make up…haha. The apt is big and the natural light is so nice.
Congrats on your new digs!! Looking forward to content in your new space 🌻
