50 micron, now what value I entered in parameter 1851 for compunsate the 50 micron backlash...plz explain sir

If back lash is 20 micron, what will be value of repeatibility.
Will it be higher than 20 or anything else?

As such it is not menyioned in fanuc manual but as per out knowledge backlash till 80-100 micron can be recovered with parameters
